Previously tried them in late June and got addicted to them because they tasted really nice.I tried to buy them again, but not many Hoixe branches had them so they were probably sold out.Recently, they must have stocked up more due to popularity and they had boxes of six.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Okinawa brown sugar cup cake:The cake was amazingly soft and dusted with powdered sugar on top.It was so light and moist just like a chiffon cake with a hint of okinawa brown sugar flavouring.In the middle there was delicious fluffly white cream which was made with Anchor Cream!Compared to the one I tried in June, this batch tasted sweeter.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ continue reading

早上,大腦的指令又叫我去別的地方買早餐食了。在軒尼詩道,有間大大的凱施餅店,我本來只是入去看看,看過究竟,但入到去,讓我發現了一樣野,就是這兒有港式奶茶供應,而這個就是令我決定在造兒買包食的原動力。是日,想試一試別的包。我一入門口,就發現了新鮮而且帶點微熱的豬扒包。一個好奇之下,就買下了這包再加一杯即沖的港式奶茶,回公司享用。豬扒包,竟然是帶骨的豬扒,純豬扒的,沒有任何添加,純肉味,是比較正宗的一個豬扒包。雖然不是用上脆麵包,但用了純正的豬仔包,皮亦稍為烘脆了,若是碰著包仔新鮮做起,相信味道會是更佳。奶茶,是好的,雖然不是太濃,但勝在奶味十足,夠熱夠香夠醒。沒想到凱施有這樣的服務,下次探一探就近的另一家分店,看看有沒有 difference。 continue reading

凱施的包餅吃過不少, 不過最近搬了過來這邊, 才有機會來這家灣仔分店。可能真的有地域限定吧, 這家分店擁有一些別的分店沒見過的款式, 如這意大利烘餅 ($7.5), 貨架上的英文說明說是有火腿和煙肉的, 可是吃下去卻沒有這兩樣東西, 反而有吞拿魚沙律和蕃茄, 也好, 比較健康嘛。麵包似乎是意大利和法包的混種, 取前者的形狀和後者的脆皮, 不錯喔。另一樣較有特色的是雙重芝士法包 ($7), 印象中美X也有出過類似的東西, 外面的是烘過的芝士而包內的洞洞裡面是車打芝士, 我懶沒有放焗爐/微波爐翻熱, 所以芝士餡是硬硬的, 不然芝士融化了會好吃多啦。金牌豬扒包 ($11) 算是包款中最貴的了, 不過塊豬扒用黑椒粒醃過, 當早餐吃真是邪惡卻美味呢! continue reading

蛋糕係炮台山分店買。OR無果間舖頭既資料,只好搵間最近既寫住。近來功課多到如山崩如海嘯,同組員間既關係又麻麻,再加上大堆其他煩惱,真係幾多美食都無法解憂。呢日食完米線,心思思想買個甜品上巴士(乙水)自己同朋友仔開心。身處炮台山,凱施當然係首選。凍櫃除了迷你果撻、布甸啫喱慕絲、半磅或更多既蛋糕外,就只剩下幾款手掌size既小蛋糕撻。最後選擇了這個栗子慕絲塔。收銀員忙著收錢,只懂得將蛋糕放進小膠袋,卻忘了放小匙。若不是我站在收銀處,連忙告知,恐怕上到巴士我又要大嘆一聲倒楣。先呻一啖栗子慕絲,栗子味起初不濃,但到喉嚨時慢慢滲出。略嫌凍櫃溫度不夠低,若果食前先雪凍,相信慕絲更滑。面層白朱力甜了少許,吃了小啖已交給由朋友仔負責。最頂的士多啤梨我沒有吃,但痴了隻死去的小昆蟲,不夠衛生。底層的一塊撻皮微濕但帶脆,食完發覺拎住撻皮既兩隻手指沾滿牛油,頗油膩。最後,撻皮下還有小塊海棉蛋糕用作固定慕絲塔和膠盆,聰明的方法! continue reading

外出工作放工路過這兒~肚子有點餓但又不知道吃什麼,便選了 QQ波~幸好只買了3粒, $5 /3 粒2粒芝士,1粒朱古力樣子扁扁的,比一般的麻糬波波燶一點較 "UN",吃到有少少牙骹軟的感覺,奈何沒有太多芝士味不好吃又不是......朱古力的是完全「朱古力奶」味 ,有點怪怪 continue reading
