在新聞得悉位於長洲老字號「甘永泰魚蛋」快結業!真的覺得很可惜。它家的魚蛋味較濃、口感又滑。雖然近年的味道每況愈下,但我每次到長洲都必訪的店舖。每次都必點原味魚蛋和魚肉釀豆卜。原味魚蛋,不需要任何醬料,但就能食到獨一無二的「鮮味」。魚蛋味很濃,而且很彈牙。魚肉釀豆卜,這款小吃是我個人最愛,但是不是每一日都可以提供,有時機器壞了就不能提供。魚肉釀豆卜是即叫即炸的,所以炸出來是特別香脆的,而且中間的魚肉醃得很入味,口感有層次。小店很細心,炸完會用紙巾包住食物給客人,這個做法很好,因為可以用紙巾吸收返多餘油脂,就不會很有油膩感!希望小店可以有重開的一日。 continue reading

知道長洲老字號「甘永泰魚蛋」快將結業🥲,所以專程帶咕吱嚟品嚐一下呢到嘅魚蛋🍴甘永泰魚蛋始於1976 年,即係開業近 48 年,由老闆甘永泰同太太一手做起,由於手打魚蛋唔會加入魚粉同防腐劑,僅使用門鱔🐠一項材料製成,故一直深受本地人同旅客歡迎👍🏻我哋呢日買咗兩串大魚蛋同一串炸魚蛋,咕吱都食到津津有味,事關魚蛋真係好彈牙同爽口😋,食完之後個嘴都唔會肥騰騰💋甘永泰魚蛋將於8月15號光榮結業,想品嚐佢哋魚蛋,就要快啦😍 continue reading

幫襯了20年,白魚蛋鮮香彈牙,完全唔使調味都已經好食到暈,釀豆卜都係一絕!搞到每次都買5-6斤白魚蛋返屋企冷凍慢慢食!今日(12/8)諗住趕尾班車入去掃貨,中午入到去,店員姐姐告知已提早於昨天(11/8)結業❗️最後一水魚蛋已於今早7:00賣出‼️🥲店員姐姐話老闆娘已經83歲,無後生接手,所以要結業,而且要打點一下,所以提早幾日結業‼️😭我只好帶住記憶中嘅美味😋😋,衷心祝福老闆娘一家及夥計身體健康、生活愉快!☺️💖 continue reading

平日入來長洲比較少人 入嚟散吓心 ,食吓美食、行吓休息吓嚟到長洲必須過嚟幫襯老字號嘅魚蛋檔佢哋出名係手打製造 最鍾意食佢哋嘅炸蝦滑釀豆卜、雙拼墨魚丸蝦丸、仲有白魚蛋都好好食 每一串都很有味道我每次入到長洲必須要食呢一檔甘永泰買咗兩三串,婆婆同我哋講佢地每日都係限量發售,佢哋每日大概下晝四點左右就收鋪,所以大家要過嚟食要早啲入嚟呢! continue reading

週末長假期入嚟長洲逛一逛留港消費,當自己去咗旅行今日同屋企人嚟長洲行吓休息吓當然唔少得就係要食嘢掃街啦嚟到長洲必須一定要食超巨大魚蛋離遠已經見到好多人排隊,排晒長龍呢一間店唔止有巨大魚蛋仲有兩三款丸類但係我同屋企人第一時間都係買超巨大魚蛋佢哋嘅魚蛋好彈牙一串有兩粒,每一粒個size大概好似一個小朋友嘅拳頭仔咁大😂😂買咗兩三串食,老闆同我哋講每日限定數量賣晒就收工㗎啦佢哋每日大概下晝四五點就收工所以大家如果要嚟食嘅話盡早啦~ continue reading
