The char siu in 陶陶居 is absolutely the best char siu in the world!!!!It’s so juicy! The seared, slightly carbonated edges give the char siu a grilled / BBQ touch! I like that it has a good balance of both fatty and lean meat. The char siu sauce is a delight too! It’s a bit syrupy and tastes so good with steamed rice!Actually we ordered a baked corn worms in clay bowl (禾蟲) too, but I forgot to take pictures. Don’t think it’s disgusting. 老字號魚翅海鮮食店,早幾年跟同事食過1次回味無窮,所以今次特登帶家人到澳門再來回味。先吃雞煲翅,保持水準,魚翅份量足雞湯味濃,炸子雞皮脆,津白很清甜,金錢蟹盒很特別,再來一個白灼東風螺,很満足回味的晚餐。 continue reading

澳門飲茶必去陶陶居,精緻既點心令我每次去澳門都一定會留肚搵佢~必點之選:剁椒魚雲(真係好惹味、辣得好爽)蝦餃:有5粒,細細粒可以一啖放入口。鮮蝦好爽好新鮮椰汁馬拉糕:熱辣辣、唔會太甜好。做得好鬆軟鬼馬蝦腸粉:外層柔滑、內層香脆,仲有爽口既蝦配埋。真係好難用筆墨形容😋😋杏汁鮮奶:賣相好吸引,好香杏仁味~本身唔食杏汁既我都被佢吸引~帶少少煉奶甜味金錢肚:每件都切得厚度適中~唔會過火,好入味👍👍😋每次係到飲茶都唔會失望~真心推薦😋提提大家記得要打去book枱,如果唔係一定要等最少1小時😊 continue reading

今晚本來想試六記, 但去到竟然遇上''內部裝修, 停業數天´´, 於是臨時更改場地, 記得澳門友人推薦過陶陶居的晚飯, 看了地圖路程也不遠, 所以就往陶陶居進發。我們沒有訂位, 接待員說即場取票大約等半小時左右, 由於不想再找其他地方, 所以唯有等吧!最後只等了約10 分鐘就有位, 很幸運!古法砂窩雞煲翅 (足6兩)湯很濃郁, 這濃郁味道很天然, 喝完很舒服, 翅是一梳梳的, 我們每人喝了2-3碗, 很美味!蝦籽燒泰國柚皮蝦籽好香, 醬汁亦不錯, 但柚皮苦澀是最大敗筆! 但畢竟一碟要百多元, 縱使難食, 最後也痛苦地完成😭 脆皮美國牛肩肉脆粉很薄很酥脆, 牛肩肉很焾滑, 富肉香, 配上獨特的醬汁, 一致讚好!招牌海皇煎脆麵很出色! 平常的脆麵多炸得太乾硬, 吃起來會有點"口´´, 但這個幼麵卻炸得香脆而不乾硬, 食得舒服。海鮮配料非常豐富, 毫不吝嗇, 有帶子, 蝦球, 魷魚和冬菇等, 很足料! 帶子有鮮味, 蝦球爽口, 魷魚不韌, 不錯! 醬汁很輕盈, 不會太稠, 味道濃淡適中。 $128能有此質素, 非常抵食! 吃完正餐後, 還有一個免費贈送的水果盤和紅豆沙湯丸。 水果盤擺盤不錯, 水果款式有3款, 比平常吃到的酒樓果盤更有誠意。 菠蘿和西瓜都很甜, 火龍果還預先切好, 吃得方便。 相比香港酒樓那些完全不甜的西瓜或完全無甜味的柑/橙, 這兒的招待更令人滿意。紅豆沙就略嫌不夠起沙, 陳皮味有點濃, 整體吃起來有一點點澀, 這個一般。 但芝麻湯圓很美味, 外皮煙韌, 餡料不會死實, 是流沙的, 甜度剛好, 不錯!撇除了那個沒妥善處理的柚皮, 其他餸菜都非常美味。 重點是這兒的小菜定價跟香港其實差不多, 但水準卻比香港的好。 服務方面, 服務員很主動, 態度亦很好, 還會主動幫你添翅和斟茶等, 而且都面帶笑容, 體驗不錯。下次再來澳門, 定必會來這邊吃晚飯。 continue reading

2018年底去左澳門一次米芝蓮養豬之旅,呢間係推介。陶陶居係屋企人預早好多已經話要食嘅老字號,一早book 左位食晚餐。佢會預先越洋打你香港電話confirm. 唔book定星期日晚都要等位。門面好光鮮,行入去好似協成feel, 坐底睇到原來協成同陶陶居都係金悅軒group. 招呼都ok.叫左個6兩砂煲翅四個人分,個湯好鮮甜,有金華火腿香但唔會搶focus. 翅真係一梳梳,價錢好相宜。乳香雞,皮脆但肉偏太稔。可食可唔食。脆皮牛肩肉,好好食。唔會太heavy. 脆漿好薄,肉又香同稔身。推介辣酒東風螺,幾香酒味,可惜有少少過火。螺鮮甜。魚湯西洋菜,魚湯調到味。 continue reading
