好耐冇去利苑,對上一次係疫情時去的,印象中食物都唔錯,上個禮拜又去,但係非常失望😫首先加咗好多價,宜家一個點心平均5、6十蚊,但我最接受唔到嘅係加完價仲仲要勁cut份量,cut到好離譜個種!大家睇下我影嘅圖,$52嘅北菇燒賣係差唔多公仔點心嘅大細!$50嘅煎蘿蔔糕嘅厚度只比筷子厚少少,比人地賣嘅薄一半!$52嘅紅棗膏又係別家的一半size! 仲要係味道方面都差咗好多,最差嘅係鮮竹卷,個皮硬到唔係老人家嘅我都覺得好難咬,燒賣比較多肥膏,本來應該充滿蛋香嘅揚州炒飯唔係黃色、係啡色嘅,只見到少少蛋絲,同埋炒到太乾。蘿蔔糕如果唔係太薄,都夠蘿蔔嘅,腸粉牛肉球正常。成日聽飲食業怪哂港人北上消費令佢哋生意好差,但作為消費者我見到嘅係本地飲食業普遍都貴咗又差咗。我都明白鋪租貴咗飲食業人工都貴咗,但起碼要keep住食物質素令人都覺得值得去吖!同埋老實講,我見到嘅係中產同有錢人收入都下降,所以中高端普遍消費少了(我算係中低產都被凍薪cut bonus😭),本地始終係多數港人的主場,我地多數時間係度生活,如果有錢又有好嘅選擇邊個想去gum 遠北上消費?(北區居民除外)唔該佢哋怨天怨地嘅同時都檢討下自己的質素係咪差咗! continue reading

股務差,份量少,價錢貴,等候時間長唔會考慮再黎食~1.我們一行六人到九龍灣利苑聚餐,侍應由我們坐下開始便不斷推薦$1588的四人餐,我們已婉拒,但仍不停推銷四個餐、湯、及其他甜品,前後至少打斷我們聚餐四次。我明白貴公司員工積極,但此舉反而令我們感到不舒服。2. 我們下單6個臘味飯,下單時只被告知製作需時,但不知道需要45分鐘,由於是午飯時間用膳,我們並不不知道要等那麽久。由於需要趕住返公司,我們希望能夠取消訂單,結果被告知不能取消。明白貴公司製作需時,但亦希望能事前溝通好等候時間,或能作出更合理的彈性安排。3.食物份量極少4.不太考慮再次光臨。 continue reading

訂了星期一,12點。商務用餐。佢哋說用餐75分鐘,1:15分鐘要交枱。OK冇問題。他們星期一開11:30,我11:45到,他們堅持要1:00還枱。我說早少少開定茶等客人,經理論後,櫃檯小姐黑曬面寫了張飛俾我入去。其實佢哋都係訂座,我按原定1:15走,對佢哋有好大影響?唔使西曬面吧!入坐後幾個服務員輪流介紹”特別貴”的湯比我,我問佢2個人會唔會太多,佢話唔會。當我落單時,是另外一個服務員說已售完,又話你地兩個人,都飲唔曬啦🤔,叫我叫其他野。11:30開門,12:00便售完,真係好攪笑。 後來又說攪錯,總之各有各說!12:45已經走過來說我夠鈡,要食快啲!我話你地炒面又末上,我係1:15交枱。佢哋竟然話我冇叫,後來又發覺原來係佢自己漏單。2個人食了$9xx,太興叉燒好食過佢。加上佢哋服務一絕,拜拜啦,冇下次!我走時還有幾張吉枱,為什麼唔可以比客人坐一陣?難怪咁多人上大陸消費,起碼當你係人! continue reading

上嚟到這家餐廳,環境寧靜得嚟,仲帶着點子高級feel。唔洗等位就算得啦,但當晚茶飲黎得勁快,一坐低就送上嚟,已經係個好開始!食物方面,我最頂讚個片皮鴨,皮脆肉香,夠曬滋味,點埋餅同醬料一齊食,咬落去真係好有層次;流口水喇😋!然後就係招牌蜜汁叉燒了,啖啖都肥美多汁,甜嘅剛剛好,唔會攞命甜到溢出嚟,簡直係重溫童年嘅味道。但呢,口水雞就話唔上係靚炸,肉質夠滑,呷一啖開胃得嚟又過癮,不過個辣椒醬就欠缺少少火候,如果再足啲辣勁,嗰種興奮感一定上嚟。唔少得嘅點心都算得意,蘿蔔絲餅外皮酥脆,入到口即化,但填餡可以再加把勁。整體嚟講,這家餐廳個水準真係穩定過海底撈,服務員勁有耐性,對我哋每個小要求都好有禮貌答應。食下飯,有咁賞心悅目嘅環境,加上有禮嘅服務,真係食得好開心。好彩今晚打得波,肯定再返嚟搞搞肚!👍🍽🎉 continue reading
