朋友介紹黎呢間懷舊餐廳試下😄有兩碟前菜,睇落似泡菜,但食落又唔似泡菜,味道都幾好👍叫左火腿津白,清清地幾好。三鮮湯,都幾多料,湯既味道都唔錯。仲有d菜可以食🤣🤣小籠包大大隻,皮唔係薄個種、都幾厚,都有湯汁,睇下個人喜好鐘唔鐘意啦。叫左半份片皮鴨,職員會係你面前切!佢地呢到既皮係偏厚既,都幾特別第一次食😁都係睇個人喜好,鐘意厚皮既人會鐘意。鴨就正常,不過不失、正常發揮。高力豆沙叫左細份(8粒),味道ok,餡唔算有好多,個皮口感都唔錯。覺得一人食一粒都夠,最後食唔哂要打包。呢到既野食有得揀細、中、大,我地人少全部都揀哂最少既份量。呢種餐廳幾有特色,好岩大時大節一家人黎食。 continue reading

今次專登去呢間餐廳食片皮鴨同埋拔絲香蕉!片皮鴨個皮有啲厚,但係隻鴨好好食😋一隻份量都夠,仲可以拎埋鴨架返屋企煲粥!叫咗個砂鍋雲吞雞個湯夠濃味,但係隻雞唔係好滑,不過佢唔係主菜,所以唔太緊要🥲小籠包一咬就爆汁!好食!軟炸里脊(即係豬骨😂)麻麻哋炸饅頭小時候嘅甜點,最鍾意點勁多煉奶最緊要嘅拔絲香蕉唔記得咗影相已經唔係好多地方有得食🥹希望可以流傳落去🙏🏻雖然價錢中等,但絕對係值得支持嘅餐廳下次會再嚟! continue reading

長者服務人員都非常出色,充滿關懷和幽默感,讓整個體驗更加豐富。然而,食物方面就未能完全令我驚豔。豆腐皮半凍,帶著薄薄的冰層,令人失望;米餅配火腿過於甜膩,有點像糖漿;連北京鴨也稍嫌乾燥,缺乏我期望的濃郁口感。這些招牌菜並未給予我深刻的印象。希望餐廳能在菜式的味道和質素上有所改善,讓整體餐飲體驗更上一層樓。雖然有些菜色未盡如人意,但餐廳的服務態度和氛圍確實令我感到舒適和愉悅。整體而言,這次用餐經驗雖有不盡如人意之處,但服務和環境仍令我願意再次光臨,期待餐廳在食物質素上的進一步提升。希望未來能在菜單上見到更多改進和驚喜,讓顧客可以享受更加完美的用餐體驗。 continue reading

同學聚會,今次揀咗食京菜👩🏻‍🎓嚟到呢間好傳統嘅舊式京菜餐館,所有侍應都係伯伯婆婆,好有禮貌,落單嘅時候介紹我哋有啲乜嘢好味,好親切☺️婆婆介紹嘅宮保蝦仁,我哋話唔食辣嘢,跟住佢話係甜酸嘅,一啲都唔辣,差啲俾宮保兩個字呃咗而錯過咗咁好味嘅蝦🥰片皮鴨好味,冇其他一般地方嘅花巧嘢,就係傳統嘅味道,皮係傳統手搓嘅,每塊皮之間唔使用紙間開,本身塊皮嘅面有少少粉嘅質感,係唔會黐住嘅👍🏻醉鴨舌夠香,小籠包正常發揮😀椒鹽小黃魚上到嚟一啲都唔小啊,兩條都幾大條嘅黃花魚,啖啖肉,面好脆,魚肉有酒香嘅😊值得一提嘅係甜品拔絲香蕉,外脆內軟,真係好香好好味😋 continue reading

舊式京菜買少見少,有時就係想食返呢種傳統嘅味道。一坐低就有一碟花生同埋一碟醃菜,估唔到呢個葉菜幾好食 。跟手叫咗個三絲粉皮,可惜味道麻麻地,粉皮唔係好吸啲麻醬,另外個仿鮑絲有啲苦。津白雲吞幾好食,個湯清清地,雲吞係舊式菜肉雲吞。招牌菜上枱喇,因為三個人驚食唔曬所以只係叫咗半隻北京填鴨,配青瓜京蔥甜醬,呢度係用蒸皮,就係鍾意呢隻嘅味道。其實半隻份量唔係好多,早知要夠一隻啦。京燒羊肉好食,燒得夠香,羊肉又唔會太肥。見隔離枱叫個鍋貼好靚所以我哋又叫咗一份,一共有八隻份量都算大份。最後甜品叫咗豆沙鍋餅,又係古早味,好食。 continue reading
