This is truly a magical place. Located on Lantau Island. Sitting here will instantly make you feel relaxed and want to work up your appetite and enjoy the delicious food. I came here last night with friends - the food was great, especially the steak and garlic bread - actually all the dishes we had were incredible. The boss looked so charming when he was busy preparing the food for every table of guests. Haha. It's a pity that this place will be closed for renovation for a month starting on Sunday. I hope to come back when it reopens!

特登去大嶼山嘅目的之一就係去試呢間熟成牛!真心唔好彩,上次冇開,今次老闆話Dry Aged 過左龍,只有普通牛扒,唯有再等下次!🔷 Angus Ribeye 12OZ $420★★★★☆老闆親自下廚,見佢係戶外用BBQ炭火燒,見佢落左幾多野下,我估有啤酒!因為始終BBQ燒,所以出黎會較焦黑,但食落有炭火香。已經幫手切開,食落多肉汁Juicy幾軟腍,唔算多筋位。始終火燒,特別有風味,同一般餐廳唔同。🔷 Garlic Bread $75★★★★☆好大個包,食落蒜蓉味唔係話超重,適中。但我好愛佢個口感,麵包外脆,入面好軟熟有空氣感,幾有層次,仲係到有麥味。🌟總括: 牛扒味道唔錯,好可惜食唔到熟成扒,留待下次。

同朋友到塘福沙灘玩直立版,上晝玩完,下晝已經攰,索性在附近餐廳食一個悠長嘅午餐。在塘福沙灘的士站對面,The Gallery 坐低,先叫啤酒、飲品及dips. Mixed Dips 有兩塊大大塊並且熱辣辣的麵包,及各種不同類型 dips ,及有沙律在旁。唔好以為玩完肚餓,就乜都覺得好食。事實上,係我實在太欣賞他熱辣辣的麵包,而且自己向來喜歡hummus及dips 沾醬食麵包法,所以食得開心及滿足。分量都算多的。之後,加追pita bread 及hummus! 今次碟hummus 仲大碟,好正呀!依家先叫個Main, 叫了12oz Sirloin, medium rare. 牛扒上菜的時候,就是一件牛扒放在一個碟上,薯條及沙律另外碟上。冇花冇假,只有一件12oz 牛扒在一個白色碟上,賣相相當樸實!牛扒肉汁豐富,只是用鹽及黑椒調味。大廚Dave在火爐用大火封住肉汁,把肉汁牢牢的鎖着,而內裏肉質赤紅鮮嫩。牛扒只用基本鹽巴及黑椒調味,就是最能把牛肉本身的味道帶出。不需要奢華的賣相,不需要其他嘅醬汁配料,就只有真材實料及有十足信心的食材才會這樣處理牛肉。如果大家一班人,如果又食牛的,來到塘福,就不妨來The Gallery , 來到The Gallery, 就請務必試吓他們的牛扒,由大廚親自專業及專注主理。最後我們仲多叫了粟米片配牛油果醬。可能因為出汗太多,身體想要咸野補充,很想叫這些脆脆的。老板即大廚很好人,午餐時段過後,客人少了,跟我閒談幾句,知我們首到塘福玩水,還送我們甜品。細細粒chocolate mousses cake但 勁好味囉!唔會太甜太漏!The Gallery 仲有紀念品買,有T shirt, cap 帽,及超級勁辣的hot sauce! Cap帽只有紅色, T恤有多個顏色,在我身上是pink粉色的大碼。Tee 上有塘福及辣椒🌶️做logo,既攪笑又地道,但又幾好睇喎。其實很敬佩一些外國人,包括此店店主。已經把香港當作自己的家,在香港落地生根,亳無懸念。希望此店生意興隆,越做越旺。

香港嘅扒房多不勝數、但係呢一間都可以話係全香港最有feel嘅,有feel到連我呢個肥仔都可以忍受到36度高溫喺大嶼山塘福呢間餐廳食,冇冷氣、坐出邊、上中下路全部濕晒,可以邊食邊聽Let‘s Get Wet ,咁就觀感和視覺都形成一個正比「笑」咁都忍受得到?無他嘅,位置絕對係一個世外桃源嘅感覺,再加上如果你係FAst and Furious 影迷的話,佢呢種燒牛扒方式絕對係美國佬粗獷的做法肯肯定合你心意,燒到外面卜卜脆,入面啱啱Medium Rare . 有機會的話你可以做 Dom look , 白色背心T,窄身牛仔褲加boot , 剃光埋個頭,咁我就知道你係草莓粉絲「笑」係一個咁RAW嘅環境底下鋸扒、可以揀普通Sirloin / Rib eye , 又可以揀Dry Age 28 days , 跟住老外廚師馬上喺一個炭爐上燒、香氣滿溢、簡單地用上鹽及黑椒粉已經係無懈可擊,佢最後用一個大火槍再燒一燒,成個未來戰士咁,好過癮㗎「笑」其他食物都交足功課,尤其蒜蓉包,即叫即做,啲煙噴到唔知以為有火警,10分辣咀,如果你同個朋友唔係好熟、沿用老人家名句趁熱食啦,佢個嘴一定會變東成西就梁朝偉「笑」呢間餐廳大部份菜式都係濃味做法,唔怕洗腎嘅朋友絕對值得來一試「笑」
