To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿心期待的四人的大閘蟹餐、兩王一后! 公的大閘蟹、可以話冇一隻有大閘蟹味、其中一隻甚至係臭嘅,之後換咗比較正常嘅蟹,終於係一隻比較好嘅大閘蟹、換來一隻係有大閘蟹味、其他的都係下等貨色! 即係代表佢哋係有好嘅大閘蟹,但係招呼我哋嘅俾啲下等貨色。至於其他嘅餸菜款式、四人餐菜嘅份量,只係得一人份量! 只係普通菜都比咁少,難怪鴻星只剩下一間、實在大不如前、想去嘅朋友絕對不要考慮! 唔想有人好似同我一樣嘥晒啲錢、同埋樓面嘅招呼實在太差
