To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇計畫下同朋友入咗呢間茶餐廳當然叫返個常餐 ($49)另外好似有焗飯、撈丁等▶️ 叉燒意粉正常發揮,意粉淋咗少少覺得湯底太淡味叉燒腍,但只不過係切片豬肉,完全冇叉燒醬汁味😅▶️ 火腿煎蛋煎蛋蛋黃流心,可以點多士食🍳不過就冇煎至焦脆邊▶️ 牛油多士比較厚身,質感幾軟熟🍞焗燶啲更好,但宜家都合格▶️ 熱齋啡遍酸😅個人麻麻哋-朋友叫咗瑞士汁雞翼撈丁,佢話太鹹🙂以茶記來講唔特別好味,合格level服務環境一般般唯一係價錢抵食,灣仔區平均$50/人 continue reading

華星冰室嘅鹹牛肉潛艇同餐蛋麵都各有特色呀。餐蛋麵就好似之前講嘅咁,煎蛋外層微微焦香,蛋黃仲有少少流心,咬落去口感超豐富,火腿嘅鹹香同湯底嘅鮮味融合得好正,而且個湯底唔濃稠,但充滿骨湯精華,麵條軟硬度又啱啱好,比起日本拉麵嘅濃厚重口,呢個更符合香港人鍾意嘅清淡鮮美口味。而鹹牛肉潛艇呢,應該係將鹹香嘅牛肉鋪喺烘得香脆嘅麵包入面。喺其他地方食嘅類似三明治類型嘅食物,好多時候牛肉味道唔夠突出或者麵包太軟爛。但華星冰室嘅鹹牛肉潛艇,牛肉嘅鹹香味道濃郁,而且應該經過特殊醃製同處理,口感唔會太柴。搭配上外脆內軟嘅潛艇包,每一口都好有層次。雖然只食咗呢兩樣,但都能感受到華星冰室作為港式茶餐廳嘅水準啦。唯一唔太好嘅就係呢度人氣高,用餐高峰時可能要等位,而且環境比較逼仄嘈雜。每次喺華星冰室食嘢,就好似同香港嘅舊時光對話。鹹牛肉潛艇同餐蛋麵呢啲看似普通嘅食物,卻蘊含住香港飲食文化嘅靈魂,好似將香港嘅街頭風情同生活氣息都濃縮喺其中,讓人一食就難以忘懷。 continue reading

星期日5點多餐廳空位有很多餐廳座位排得很密座位與枱之間的距離有點太近坐卡位基乎碰到對面位的腳這個時間可以點下午茶餐但我們比較肚餓,所以點了常餐常餐$49🍝可以選叉燒通粉或意粉我們揀了通粉叉燒切得好薄,份量好少幸好湯底味道ok,通粉有咬口🍳雞蛋多士可以選煎蛋或炒蛋我們揀了炒蛋,炒蛋好滑多士是厚多士,已塗了牛油多士很厚有質感☕️ 飲品可選咖啡或茶我點了奶茶奶茶夠熱,如果花奶多一點更加好整體來說,味道不錯,就是叉燒的份量差了一點點 continue reading

閒日嚟食個早餐,店員黑口黑面,落單嗰個眼鏡口罩佬自己講嘢細聲,問多句就畀佢喝🤷🏻‍♀️!真係畀錢買難受!除咗佢我見其他伙記對其他食客態度都係唔好。嘢食普通到唔普通,炒蛋碎濕濕 ,早餐選擇又少,好多唔跟嘢飲。總結係要食佢,不如食間態度好啲嘅都冇咁嬲😃,大把茶餐廳好食過佢。遊客嚟要接受咁嘅服務態度真係慘,簡直影衰香港,嘢食好唔好食都係其次(重點係又唔係好食過人),想開心嚟食個早餐都要畀佢破壞晒成日嘅心情。 continue reading
