半年內 ,第二次過嚟食對上一次個仔生日話要食深井裕記燒鵝,所以生日飯就係呢度食今次第二次同屋企人過嚟食飯預早留咗兩碟酒釀鵝肝 每次嚟到必食嘅餸菜因為實在太過好食,全家人都好鍾意食酥炸生蠔 🦪 - 非常之鬆脆 小朋友必食嘅咕嚕肉 酸酸甜甜好開胃拼盤 鵝掌、鵝腸、鵝腎、海蜇、鵝翼 非常之入味鵝掌、鵝翼、鵝腎非常之腍 海蜇都非常爽口 鵝腸小朋友就未必食得到 比較爽口煙靭蟹肉扒豆苗 - 喺食飯中必須要有的成餐飯嘅主角 半隻燒鵝 皮脆肉嫩油脂非常之香配上酸梅醬可以解返油膩 continue reading

最近我再去裕記大飯店食佢哋嘅燒鵝,真係有啲失望。相比以前,燒鵝嘅質素有啲下滑,而且份量都變得細咗。以前嘅燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,油脂均勻分佈,但而家嘅燒鵝就唔係咁出色喇。皮脆度唔夠,肉質有啲乾同老,整體味道相對差咗啲。 另外我見到隻燒鵝上層同下層係分開咗兩節顏色,好明顯係搭棚鵝,令我有啲失望。半隻鵝居然用兩隻唔同既燒鵝拼湊,真係有啲唔夠誠實。我作為食客,希望可以食到一隻完整同一致嘅燒鵝,唔想食到拼拼湊湊。 唔止咁,我都留意到燒鵝嘅份量變細咗。以前鵝嘅份量好足夠多人分享,但而家嘅燒鵝就覺得瘦細咗。我覺得可能係受北上消費嘅影響,為咗節省成本或客流量減少,餐廳可能調整咗燒鵝嘅做法同份量。  除咗燒鵝,我仲試咗其他菜式 滷水鵝翼同西蘭花扒草菇。滷水鵝翼煮得岩岩好,有滷水味道但唔會太鹹。西蘭花扒草菇,草菇仲係有草青味,廚房事前準備未足夠。  餐廳環境整潔,裝修簡約但有種懷舊嘅感覺,唔會覺得擠迫。 continue reading

剛剛去完長途旅行,特別掛住香港風味的食物。端午節和家人到很久沒到的裕記吃燒鵝。洒釀鵝肝是我每次必點的前菜,因為鵝肝是半生熟只能堂食不設外賣,在外面沒機會吃到。份量不多只好珍而重之地慢慢品賞燒鵝保持水準,微微炭烤味道,鵝夠肥沒有「蘇」味,不乾,我們三人點例牌加庄份量剛剛好。當然要配瀨粉吃。腐乳炒通菜大大碟。也要讚一下樓面上菜快,服務員有禮貌,不會強迫你點菜。另外有個貼心位就是洗手間(女廁),尚算乾淨之餘,廁格內有扶手,同老人家去就會很方便。 continue reading

食過4,5次。 次次都冇驚喜。昨晚星期日7pm,食過4人餐,超級失望。blacklist。個4人餐 928 (仲要加1)。- 燒鵝有分大细隻? 冇問題。 但上枱時,出蒸氣? 食落口,皮淋。蒸番熱?- 跟餐4枝大6汽水 2023 7月做。仲有1個月過期。又唔可以轉可樂,啤酒。- 個鵝翼咸, 魚本身冇咪味。以後都係去番陳記。 continue reading
