To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 連續兩日都特意坐巴士去幫襯添好運總店。地方環境乾淨,如果一人進餐,枱面有足夠空間擺到四五碟點心,如果兩個人可能就差少少。試咗新推出嘅其中兩款點心,牛肉角同埋荔枝蝦球。牛肉角餡料彈牙,醬汁似係加入薑葱嘅蒸魚豉油,個人覺得醬汁同牛肉角不太配搭,汁味蓋過咗肉餡味。鮮蝦荔枝球偏甜,芝士溶醬拉絲,都OK嘅。叉燒包保持質素,牛肉球都彈牙好食,腐皮卷蝦肉餡料彈牙腐皮香脆。樓面服務感覺不太好。兩日都係非繁忙時間到店,第一日入座時,明明有個行行企企嘅樓面阿姨,睇住人坐底都冇俾張點心單張,亦冇主動招呼開茶。我坐好至少1分鐘,終於忍唔住問有冇人幫我開茶,先有個阿姨走埋嚟,又係要食客主動提出先拎張點心紙俾人睇。第二日到店,開茶方面好少少,食咗幾碟點心後,感覺茶水凍咗,掀開茶壺蓋掛喺壺柄,想要樓面阿姨忙完加返熱水,有返啲熱茶水飲下,樓面阿姨行嚟行去忙完幾轉之後準備離開,都係冇細心觀察到有食客喺茶水方面嘅額外需求。可能真心認為$6茶錢只配飲一壺茶? continue reading

20/06 同屋企人兩個去食晚飯(裝修後第一次去),當時大約20:00,人流唔算多,目測地方整潔,總共叫了五樣點心:- 鳯爪排骨飯- ⁠潮州粉果- ⁠雪影叉燒包(外賣)- ⁠古法糯米雞- ⁠煎羅白糕前兩樣都正常,但糯米雞糯米淡而無味,只係一堆飯黐埋一齊,餡料亦非常一般,內𥚃潤腸口感霉霉地,無任何香味,整體非常普通。煎蘿蔔糕非常之削,一夾就散,食落冇口感,亦冇蘿蔔味。整體味道比幾年前差了不少,希望以後有所改善。 continue reading

深水埗米芝蓮星級茶居〝超預期★★★★★口味:5.0 環境:5.0 服務:5.0還是比較好找的,就在街邊,因為來的早不到6點,所以沒有等位,等吃完了6:30 7:00差不多就要排大隊了。算是最平民化的米其林了吧,整體價位不貴。每種點心味道都在線,比較突出的是酥皮叉燒包,酥皮很脆,叉燒很多也甜的恰到好處。黑芝麻糕算是新品,軟軟糯糯又q彈,甜甜的。紅油抄手一份只有五個,但是味調的很好吃,甜辣。陳皮牛肉球配上紅醋也不錯。 continue reading

今日周末路過見到好多人排隊,先醒起附近有一間米芝蓮點心店,既然好耐冇食,咁今日就即興去排一排去食。可能係米芝蓮推介嘅關係,深水埗呢一間分店街頭就已經聚集左中外人士喺度排隊。我哋攞咗籌之後,大概一個鐘頭多啲再返轉頭就剛剛過咗一兩張檯,在佢都俾返我哋。好快就有返位啦。我喺疫情時後來過之前較為殘舊既裝修,對比而家我今日嚟到見到佢應該係之後再翻新,店內裝修已經好光猛潔淨,不過略嫌座位與座位之間比較狹窄,行出行入都需要則側身。今日我哋點左以下點心:陳皮牛肉球(一般傳統牛肉球味,但唔會蒸到太淋、黃沙豬膶腸(尚可,皮薄)百花釀油條配香蜜蟹膏(賣相好,剛炸完出嚟,熱辣辣夠脆,帶甜甜地啲汁又脆,好好食😋)、豉汁蒸鳳爪(一般)、鮑汁油皮燒賣(👎🏽,真係可以唔食)。最後好在呢樣點心幫到攞分😼,就係晶瑩鮮蝦餃🤞🏼。蝦餃size 正常,但真係幾晶瑩因為啲皮都幾薄😗 ,啲蝦都幾大粒,沒有太多其他豬肉在內🤓。今次點心雖然唔係完全部都係好好食,但係亦咁嘅價錢都有兩三樣都有正常水準或以上,咁我都覺得呢間食店都值得再去食嘅。🙌🏼🙌🏼 continue reading
