香菇、好麵、好到底和朋友走過大街時突然被這舊式招牌吸引。店名有點熟悉, 記起從介紹香港老店的書中讀過這一家老牌麵家。 走近一看, 原來獲米滋蓮必比登推薦多年。 主打香菇、豬手、福州魚丸和各式自家製麵。店內格局和裝潢都是老牌傳統小店的格局,有字畫和其他中式擺設。地方不小,有兩層之多。樓上有數位外籍旅客在用餐。座位算寬敞。四處都擺了供零售用的自家製伊麵和全蛋幼麵。其間看到有婆婆步進店內買生麵。餐牌中英對照。各種麵食都有例牌和細份。價錢相當合理。我們點了香菇湯麵, 炸醬撈麵和福州魚丸。香菇麵很快就到。趕緊吃一口麵條, 覺得麵條爽口彈牙, 果然名不虛傳。湯底應該是大地魚的清湯。有小許鹼水味, 落了點紅醋便沒問題。香菇吃了一口, 覺得炆得非常軟腍, 味道鮮甜, 口感結實。果然是招牌。朋友點了炸醬撈麵。麵條同樣爽口彈牙。炸醬的豬肉份量豐富,醃得入味, 炸醬甜美,濃稠度剛剛好。上湯亦頗有鮮味。福州魚丸: 口感結實的魚丸內有半肥瘦的豬肉餡, 肉汁豐富,味道濃郁。是不錯的小食。服務員相當有禮, 是一次很愉快的用餐體驗。下次希望坐二樓和試試豬手麵。值得一試! continue reading

去到發現是一間舊式茶餐廳格局,古舊嘅掛扇,這是一間食完就走充飢的餐廳,叫了個蝦子撈麵同埋雲吞麵,我覺得這裏最出色的是他的麵,是彈牙彈牙爽口的,值得專程去試一試,而且它有很細心的剪麵服務,我是從來未有遇過的,讚 continue reading

去博愛醫院探完病後,再到元朗阜財街附近走走医肚, 附近飲食店舖好多選擇。想,成20年都無去過好到底, 就這一間啦 。 入到去有地下和閣樓。見地下人客都多和稍熱 ,便問夥記樓上還是樓下凉些呢。夥記話 ‘’唔知道喎 ,這幾天啲冷氣都係唔夠 ‘’。 算啦,算啦,慣咗㗎喇,唯有死死地氣自己行上樓梯到閣樓。 上到去,地方寬敞,只有兩台食客,冷氣稍為涼些, 舒服好多。 夥記的態度也好好多。坐下叫了一個套餐,細蝦子撈麵+ 1碗水餃雲吞(內有三隻雲吞,兩隻水餃)$80蝦子撈麵到,吓, 嗰碟麵咁少嘅 ,(一住甘多),男士就唔夠食。鋪在麵上的子都算夠份量,不知是否因為麵少,就覺得蝦多。但當食下就覺得有些腥味,可能是蝦子, 有些少失望 , $80喎, 麵就算幼細, 水餃和雲吞冇特別一般. 我覺得我自己包嗰啲雲吞仲好食. 諗下,諗下,$80...這地區,這環境, 這些份量, 是不是貴咗些呢? 又上了一課。門口的收銀員非常好有禮貌,多謝前多謝後,同舖內地下的夥記好大對比。 不知是否老闆? continue reading

呢間麵店平日午市都幾多人,好多街坊行過都入來食個麵。坐低留意到都幾多人叫冬菇麵,其次就係水餃雲吞。最後決定試吓佢哋嘅冬菇牛腩麵。唔洗等好耐就有得食,冬菇厚身,炆得幾入味,唔錯!牛腩似牛肋條多啲,炆得幾淋,但牛肉和調味都唔算特別香濃,有少少失望。麵條則幼細爽口,唔會話擺一陣就發脹,也沒有鹼水味,加少少醋一齊食係正嘅。因為份量偏少,男士可能要加底。湯底就正正常常。現場見到有顧客專程來外買幾個生麵餅自己煮,果然是老店。聽到外賣麵餅要冷藏保存,感覺都幾新鮮。總括來講都值得一試,下次有機會會試埋魚蛋同水餃。 continue reading

元朗好到底老字號懷舊麵店,今日食咗炸醬撈麵🍜淡淡的蕃茄醬味道🍅酸甜清香,每一口都能感受到肉絲的嫩滑,麵質彈牙爽口,煮得剛好,搭配一碗香濃湯底,更是絕配😜😋湯底香氣濃郁,增添了豐富度和層次。😆這道炸醬撈麵具有濃厚的懷舊風味,彷彿回到了童年時代的味蕾記憶。無論是味道還是口感,都令人滿意。麵店的裝修簡單,是60年代的木桌木椅子,有地面和一樓兩層,一樓的送餐服務非常特別,是在地面用一部小型升降機送到一樓,忘記拍照😆😆 continue reading
