第一次寫食評,唔係好識作文,直接打重點1小籠包好似叮左幾次咁乾,個頂又實到乜咁。2上海粗炒啲菜係苦既,加上碟野唔夠味,難食。3紅油抄手,唔知係食皮定係食肉,咬落去皮厚到淨係成口都粉味。已blacklist,無下次,價錢唔係算平,但食物質素完全係差。我周圍食咁多野都未試過差到我要上黎打字,唔信既你可以叫返我頭先所講既食物,然後你覺得係好味既我無野講 continue reading

係香港做得出色既上海菜係唔多小南國 一樣地做得唔!得餐牌的確係平左比起之前小籠包 皮硬 肉質麻麻🤐茶香燻烤鴨👍🏼 當晚最出色既一樣 鴨皮烤到香脆聞到煙熏味 味道不錯 小南國炒飯 落咗鹹蛋黃落去炒?但食個飯有少少苦味 怪怪地紅燒外婆五花肉 還可以 一樣好既就係 肥肉部份唔會過多 唔會炆得太林👍🏼松花魚 幾好👍🏼 當天餐牌半價 叫做抵食上海煙燻魚有啲酸甜嘅感覺質感似豆豉鯪魚😂雲耳涼拌秋葵👎🏻叉子酥 略嫌肉碎太少🤐 酥皮一般食唔到芝麻香味呢一碟餸可以唔叫仲叫咗一碟上海粗炒 係我食咁多粗炒裏面最難食嘅一次 完全伏 continue reading

屯市很多間食肆都須要等位,行經小南國並不須等候,註足一會發現推出一些新菜,於是就決定食這間。店員很貼心安排卡座于我和朋友。蒲坐下侍應就詢問我們飲什麼茶,並且推介有新菜式上市。我番了一會餐牌後就叫菜了。剁椒大魚頭:辣度適中,不會蓋過魚頭本來的鮮味,但泡椒太多,略咸。黄金大蝦:蝦球彈牙,沒有雪味,且咸蛋味香味四溢,多食都不會油膩。尖椒炒雞丁:這個菜的辣度比魚頭更什,但反而很惹味,有點類似辣子雞的感覺。清炒萵笋絲:前三頭都屬於重口味的菜式,於是點了個清淡一點的來中和一下,這菜看似平平無奇,但正正這樣就最合適了,萵笋絲不會太老,而且炒得剛好,入口鮮嫩。這頓飯非常滿意,用餐環境衛生乾淨,眼見店員不多,但招乎周到。唯一有須要改善的地方就是場內的冷氣不足,希望店方可盡快改善。 continue reading

正在煩惱媽咪生日飯去邊度食時上網睇到小南國做緊團購 $99可以當$150用諗住團購啲味道都唔會太好,不過見咁平就去試試。佢哋大枱得一兩張但都非常好俾咗一個角落頭我哋。雖然有啲迫但都接受到今次我哋叫咗數鴨炒蝦仁松子魚咕嚕肉香蕉豆沙鍋餅螞蟻上樹擔擔麵雞燴麵東坡肉等等味道有驚喜。黑松露炒蝦仁好夠味。我個人覺得松子魚個醋太酸但屋企人接受到最後要講下服務,人手明顯唔夠但服務依然很好。當我地話要想蛋糕時,服務員幫我地清潔晒張枱同埋啲食物線上蛋糕。值得一讚。 continue reading

前兩天收到小南國店員訊息通知有三款新菜將在4月1日推出:第一款:黃金明蝦球,第二款:卜卜蟹皇泡飯,第三款:生拆蟹粉伴鍋巴,今天相約朋友去試一試,由於本人對蟹粉菜式不太喜愛!所以只試了兩款。黃金蝦球有八隻,鹹蛋黃包著蝦球,味道香濃而不腻,非常惹味。蟹皇泡飯,湯底鮮味十足,在吃時先加入香脆炒飯,很有口感。小王魚,魚肉嫩滑,生煎戈貼亦煎得很香!雖然已有一段時間沒有來小南國,但店內和先前一樣也保持得很整潔乾淨,店員較少,但她們仍保持笑容向我們推介菜式和主動添加茶水,直得一讚!I continue reading
