因為屋企長輩同佢有深厚淵源,父母親節生日或者做節都走唔甩嘅飯堂,我大大話話至少去咗100次,應該係我幫襯得最多嘅餐廳😆講少少背景,其實容龍已經有85年歷史,前身係容龍別墅,有酒店、游泳池、露天茶座,仲有動物園,有馬騮籠,孔雀籠,真係好巴閉,感覺有少少似龍華酒店咁,30幾年前改建咗部分地方做餐廳,而家餐廳停車場都仲有幾架老闆嘅勞斯萊斯泊咗喺度。一坐低嘅餐前小食係蕎頭同花生,講返海鮮,我每次都會去三聖海鮮街揀完海鮮就擰上去食,長輩淨係幫襯關財記一檔😅除左自己擰佢哋仲可以幫你搵架貨車車埋上容龍,自己買海鮮上去會抵過喺容龍直接叫海鮮,基本上我食左十幾年每次來來去去都係食果幾樣餸。。。簡稱容龍十寶🤣美國桶蠔:一定係砵酒焗蠔做法,一打開錫紙係好香,食落個邊位好脆口,表面好乾身得嚟肉哋又creamy,外脆內嫩,有時蠔種問題會比較糊口及淋身😬海龍躉🐟:通常買到大嚿腩位就會兩食,分別係紅燜斑頭腩及海龍𧄌炒球,如果比較細嚿就只會揀前者,其實食龍𧄌最正係層皮,脆粉包住啲魚皮加嫩魚肉,好重魚油香,曾經試過有一次餐廳煮果陣整走晒啲皮,長輩鬧到傻😅蟹🦀:因應唔同季節買唔同嘅蟹,通常都係蒸香蒜奄仔蟹籠仔糯米飯,蒜蓉滲落個糯米飯度超香噴噴,起碼要留肚食返兩碗飯,另外試過有一次餐廳整錯咗,整咗鹽焗奄仔蟹,即刻覺得好有新意好好味,下次又多咗一個選擇😂大蝦🦐:揀啲大隻蝦做豉油王乾煎大蝦,走過油成隻都好脆卜卜,蝦身蝦尾嘅殼都可以吞埋,豉油汁味道甘香,通常每人一隻已經好夠,但如果請客最好唔好第一味上菜,否則客人以為你好寒酸,雖然其實食到最後係會飽到反艇😅澳洲龍蝦🦞:容龍最出名嘅係脆皮芝士焗龍蝦,不過我只係食過一次,因為家中長輩話佢哋用嘅芝士唔靚,同埋食落好乾爭爭🤫🫣所以我哋都係配搭返傳統嘅上湯焗法最正路,味道濃郁,有時偏鹹😅象拔蚌: 長輩唔食刺身,所以我哋擰嚟打邊爐🤣仲加碟生菜,比隔離檯係咁眼望望👀然後有個象拔蚌膽,餐廳提議椒鹽食法,又真係好惹味喎🤩扇貝🐚:蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,唔駛多講,蒜蓉粉絲勁入味,發揮正常水準,如果買到蘇格蘭扇貝更加肉厚鮮甜👍除左海鮮之外,容龍其實有其他小菜都好有水準,重要事情講三次,一定要叫中式牛柳!中式牛柳!中式牛柳🐮😆爆多汁同洋蔥,甜甜哋好開胃,撈飯一流,牛柳好軟淋但唔會乸到好大陣鬆肉粉味,反而有陣煙燻香味,牛味濃郁,必食推介🤩另外仲有紅燒乳鴿同燒鵝都好出名,有啲人會叫佢嘅煙倉魚,大嘅倉魚已經買少見少,所以都幾難得可以食到咁厚肉嘅倉魚。仲有一味餸係歷史悠久,叫做美籃雞🐔, 係一個籃裝住啲炸雞,炸洋蔥圈,炸南瓜,類似天婦羅咁,超好味,但而家唔知仲有冇做,我都係食過一次,佢係比起韓國嘅炸雞早好多好多年代已經有,走在潮流嘅尖啄😅最後到甜品,好多人必叫佢嘅椰皇鮮奶燉蛋白,但長輩話佢好似係奶粉開所以唔會叫🫣🤐,我哋只會食佢送嘅陳皮紅豆沙,以前真係好香陳皮味煲到起晒沙,而家比較失色,連以前送嘅飯後果西瓜都唔見鳥🪽自費海鮮連酒樓加工火料錢及其他雜費,人均消費$400,未計酒樓嘅小菜費用🙂容龍海鮮酒家屯門青山公路19咪半評分:最高為5分治癒度:👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️抵食度:💉💉💉💉翻兜指數:🩺 × ♾️ 我冇得揀😆 continue reading

同屋企人去咗屯門嘅容龍海鮮酒家,一間有80年歷史嘅老店!佢的環境好舒適,樓底好高、容間好大,真係好適合一家人或者朋友聚餐。我去咗三聖村買咗海鮮,然後佢哋酒家幫我哋加工。我試咗好多款菜式,包括乳鴿、砵酒焗生蠔、椒鹽瀨尿蝦、炸麵底豉汁炒聖子、辣酒煮花螺、中式牛柳、金磚豆腐、脆皮龍蝦、蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝同肉蟹糯米飯。佢地加工出色,果然不枉我地揸車入去吃,服務亦都好好,上菜都好快。如果自己揸車入去食,只需要離場時比$20就可以了,比起去三聖要再搵車位方便!搭電梯上去時,同𨋢有一位伯伯,屋企人話呢度係佢的飯堂,伯伯就話,已經幾十年的事了,可想而知呢度幾耐歷史,同埋有保証,伯伯Keep住都黎食👍🏻乳鴿好嫩好多汁,醬汁入味,真係好開胃。砵酒焗生蠔有濃郁嘅奶香同鮮甜嘅生蠔味,一啖落去真係好美味。椒鹽瀨尿蝦炸得香脆,蝦肉鮮甜多汁,好好食。炸麵底豉汁炒聖子好滋味,豉汁入味,聖子爽脆可口。辣酒煮花螺辣辣嘅味道好開胃,花螺嘅鮮甜味道好滿足。中式牛柳肉嫩滑口感好好,牛肉嘅鮮味好突出。金磚豆腐外脆內軟,豆腐有魚滑,好好味。脆皮龍蝦肉質鮮嫩,外脆內嫩,好好味。蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝鮮甜嘅北寄貝同蒜蓉粉絲結合得好好,味道鮮美。肉蟹糯米飯香氣四溢,蟹肉多汁,糯米飯口感綿軟,好滿足。今次個個食得好滿足,期待下次再黎食過😉 continue reading

今天天氣很好,中午和家中長輩一同到容龍吃海鮮。因為是熟客,所以慣常從三聖海鮮檔購買海鮮再到容龍加工。味道依然是出色的、慣常的好味道,環境依然是舒適寬敞的,服務依然和以前一樣的好。今天吃了上湯開邊龍蝦、炒斑球、炆頭腩、蒜蓉粉絲扇貝、鮑魚等等,都是水準以上的出品。 continue reading

[香港]容龍海鮮酒家這是一間位於屯門三聖邨附近已經很多年的老店,專門吃海鮮的。今天慶祝新居入伙,所以預訂了位置在這吃午餐。先去三聖邨買了海鮮,再到容龍海鮮酒家加工,容龍海鮮酒家有一個很大的停車場,不用怕沒有位置停車。🥢 白灼海蝦因為海蝦新鮮,白灼沒什麼技巧也很好吃。🥢 (炒麵底)豉椒炒蟶子皇醬汁很香,把聖子襯托得很好吃,聖子也煮得剛剛好,不會太老。放在最底的炒麵有炸過,沾上豉椒蟶子汁很美味。🥢 乳鴿乳鴿小小的一隻,但是炸得很香脆。🥢 薑蔥炒鮑魚鮑魚不會煮得太老,每一隻都很有口感又不會很難咬開。🥢 香濃芝士牛油焗龍蝦這個龍蝦真是必點的一個菜式,與平時在酒樓吃到的芝士焗龍蝦不一樣,芝士皮焗得很香脆,襯托爽口的龍蝦肉,真是人間美食。🥢 龍躉兩味魚肉很鮮很爽口,烹調方法沒有把魚肉的鮮味蓋過。🥢 蒜蓉蒸肉蟹糯米飯這道菜蒜蓉很多,肉蟹鋪在糯米飯上面蒸,令每一粒糯米飯都吸收了蒜蓉蒸肉蟹的汁。🥢 蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝蒜蓉、粉絲、豉油、北寄貝,4樣東西份量配合得剛剛好,火喉也很適中,新鮮甜美。🥢 椰皇燉鮮奶蛋白美味嘅海鮮餐以養顏的鮮奶燉椰皇作見,每一口都有鮮奶及椰皇的香味,好吃!!這間酒家服務態度很好,食物好吃,駕車進來也不枉此行。餐廳資料:容龍海鮮酒家 (屯門)屯門青山公路19咪半 continue reading

今日阿仔生日,佢鍾意食海鮮,所以早幾日已經訂定枱。我哋先去三聖邨買海鮮,再去容龍加工,今日買海鮮時招呼我嘅職員知道我去容龍食,即刻俾啲85折coupon 我,可惜因為時近母親節,coupon 暫停使用(coupon 上有寫的),但經理都好識做,俾咗個95折我哋。齊人就開始上菜,芝士龍蝦照舊保持水準,非常香脆美味。其餘嘅海鮮都煮得恰到好處,最有驚喜係個海鮮湯,老婆話係咁多次嚟最好飲嘅一次。最後梗要食埋紅豆沙,呢度嘅陳皮紅豆沙真係好食過好多甜品舖,陳皮嘅香味融入埋啲紅豆度,真係好正。 continue reading
