I ordered a smooch (HKD 36) with granola and three fruits as toppings and the amount of frozen yogurt was similar to that of a medium.I had the original flavour with homemade granola and mango,strawberry and mochi. The froyo base was more creamy than those from yogurtime but less like soft icecream than crumbs, which is mild,and not too sour. It's probably one of the most balanced froyo base I have ever tried. And hmph... The fruits are really fresh although the mango was a little sour, and the mochi was too crumbled and I'd prefer something similar to the size of mini mashmallows. But the taste and texture were perfect. The homemade granola wad a not chewy and too sweet for me- I thought it wad digestive biscuits at my first bite. Anyhow at 36hkd for a big Cup what else can u ask for?
there are not many toppings and most are fruits. And wts not good about smooch is that there's no seats so u have to eat it on the go.and under the baking sun the froyo melted too quickly which was a pity.now that's something bittersweet about summer: u got the mood for a cup of chilling froyo but not the right temperature.
