Thursday night 8 sth, there were quite a few people waiting outside, all seatings were full and we waited a few minutes to get a shared table.the shop is really small and crowded, after a while when there is a vacant tabe and no one was waiting outside, we changed seats and that feels a bit betterthe place was playing hard rock and hip hop and all sorts of energetic music, I felt alive and excitedwe ordered a double foie gras beef($218) and burger and cheese twister fries($40)waited for almost 3

waited for almost 30mins, well, the overall waiting time was almost the same as I saw many tables got there burgers long after I arrived. Perhaps the restaurant should think about how to speed things up, the food may be worth waiting but really not that pleasant for starving customers, like me double foie gras beef burger $218
finally, after waiting and chatting and waiting and starving, it arrivedthe burger is definitely tall, piled up so high that we couldn't eat with our hands, as we are not big hands westernerswe ate it with forks and knives, feeling classy, ha.the first thing that won me over was the beef, it is so juicy and moist and tender, the taste of beef was excellent, together with the melted cheese, it was awesome
the tomato slices were fresh and went well with the salad sauce, it alone with the toasted bread taste well too
however, the foie gras was quite disappointing, well you eat everything together, you can barely taste the foie gras, in fact, you can't really taste it, not even its texture, it felt like it was there to give you something more to chew with
it was soft but tasted raw, I would prefer it a bit more cooked, and the quality of it is perhaps not too good, as it has got many tenden like strings in it.
I separated the foie gras to eat with only the covering bread, it is actually better to eat in this way, at least you can taste foie gras
the sides, was some greens with some sour vinaigrette, it was a bit too oily to me, the oiliness brought down the freshness of the vinegar and the greens, it can be better cheese twister fries $40
after finishing the a bit flawed but absolutely delightful burger, we waited for the twister, we waited and waited, at last we had to remind the waitress of this dish, it seems that it was forgotten.
after 3 mins or so, the freshly fried, hot and cheesy fries finally came to our tablewell, it was fair, not exceptionally good, just average standard, I think I prefer fries than twisters, twisters are usually to thin to let the taste of potato comes through, and the cheese just totally kills the potatoes.
the beef is definitely a delight, we will visit again for sure to try other burgers, prehaps the lobster burger, I wonder if they can deliever lobster in a briliant way
the food was worth waiting but hope they can figure ways to shorten prep time, it was tormenting to customers with empty stomaches
