聽就聽得多,食就真係第一次因為阿妹嘅關係,泥到以前做嘢嘅地址(前身係麥記)以為連鎖式經營嘅店,質素會一般,估唔到比想像中好好多!食上海嘢,叫小籠包&擔擔麵是常識吧?而佢呢兩款「列牌菜」真係做得非常好,而且價錢好合理,值得再去!個人非常鍾意食「醉」物,個花雕醉雞幾好食,不過份量太少家人為咗試睇唔試到維景匯,特登叫咗好幾種甜品 XD而我自己就比較鍾意南瓜餅同豆沙鍋餅 繼續閱讀

今日自己一個行街購物,瘋狂買完之後,就係醫肚嘅時候。自己一個唔食得多小籠包必吃的點心體小、餡大、汁多、味鮮、皮薄、形美。皮薄得來食感韌韌,餡料肉和湯汁都鮮小籠包水準高,肉汁配合得十分精彩。火腿津白碟菜好靚,好香,排得整整齊齊。薄薄琉璃獻,賣相晶瑩剔透很誘人的,津白蒸到晶瑩剔透味道清甜,與一般炒菜不同。可惜分量唔多,如果幾個人分,每個僅有數條。 繼續閱讀

Didn't know where to go for dinner after work on Friday night...most places in cwb are full already and we headed to world trade centre to try our luck but seems most restaurants there also have long queues...except for crystal jadeWe only had to wait for around 5 tables so just waited for around 15 minutes~There was only 2 of us so we just ordered 酸辣湯 擔擔麵 小籠包...The food are very good酸辣湯: excellent...the balance of sour and chilli is just right~擔擔麵: good...the soup is good but seems it's more chilli than the ones I tried at other branches~小籠包: it's not as good as it used to be...but it's already better than the ones I had at the times square branch last time (I was very disappointed last time)I am surprised that the quality of the food here is so much better than times square branch~ 繼續閱讀

擔擔麵麵又不夠彈牙湯,家人叫了辣另上但將麵條塗上辣醬,感到辣醬有點兒酸味...那次我和女朋友仔到灣仔分店,除了較辣外,都沒有這麼怪的酸味牛肉麵牛肉的確不夠腍,比大部分食店都不腍鼎泰豐、士林、台灣麵、山西幾乎每一家食店都比這兒的腍小籠包不錯的,家人點菜的,我遲來,冷了但肉汁亦留在包內花雕醉雞酒味算濃,雞肉不算太乾但也總算沒雪氣但數十元一小碟雞,實不化算生煎包很小很小,感覺就只比小籠包體積大少許只有三小個包放在小長碟上沒肉汁,那就沒有意思以廉價店比較:葵涌廣場一品香的生煎包可能更好底部煎得較香脆,肉汁可能更多以非廉價店比較:南小館的肉汁,如泉湧,如溫泉豆沙鍋餅等了較久幸好,豆沙不少,鍋餅夠熱,皮薄餡剛好  繼續閱讀

行左一捙街,有小小嬲,今日不想食得太油,入左來呢間清清地食個飯。點左個招牌小籠包,一如既往的皮薄,肉味香,汁多,真想整多籠。炸醬面,里的肉粒有咬口,應該有漬過,炸醤不太咸並帶有小小辣,吃到口乾再飲啖上湯,清甜,小小的辣味也解了。干煎小黃魚色澤金黃,香味噗鼻而來,未食已流曬口水,咬一啖,肉質軟滑,有魚香。 繼續閱讀
