因沒得Book位,除非一早入園拿籌才有機會吃到大街餐廳的下午茶。沒想到這天下午2點入到 香港迪士尼樂園 那麼好彩,說是下午茶還沒未滿,大約14:45左右排隊 Walk-in 便有機會吃到。而且是3月才轉的新餐牌。其實全日套餐也吸引,下次晚餐再來試試。✨米奇與好友下午茶聚派對 (HKD 488/ For Two)包兩杯飲品,選了火龍果荔枝烏龍茶 & 青瓜柚子梳打。先來兩個朱古力紅莓鬆餅,外脆內軟的鬆餅吃落偏甜一些。鹹點有五款,個人來說最喜歡酥脆多蟹肉的蟹餅。其次是味道濃郁的松露蘑菇撻。手撕豬肉漢堡其實也不錯,但包的部份稍為乾身點。牛油果脆煙肉煙三文魚威化籃的三文魚則是偏鹹。最後還有瑞士芝士酸椰菜咸牛肉三文治,同樣都是麵包較乾。甜點有四款,加上特別推介的 米妮半圓蛋糕🧁中間夾著帶酸的紅桑子配甜度十足的焦糖忌廉和爆谷。今次的甜品大部份都是偏酸,與之前全都很甜完全不同。米奇鮮果撻就是剛好水果都是酸酸地。唐老鴨藍莓乳酪和黛絲芒果雲呢拿蛋糕的造型很可愛,甜度是適中的。反而米妮芝士餅吃落有點膩。 繼續閱讀

Recently, Corner Cafe introduced a brand-new menu, featuring a complete redesign from appetizers to main courses, desserts, and even utensils. Here are some must-try dishes from our lovely experience with Jane ❤️.Let‘s start with the appetizers. The Mickey Chef Salad was a refreshing choice, meticulously prepared with up to 30 ingredients, creating a delightful mix of flavors and textures. My personal favorite was the Mickey-shaped Mushroom Soup 😍🍲. It was not only incredibly cute but also delicious, thanks to the clever use of porcini powder to create Mickey Mouse’s image. The mushroom flavor, complemented with white truffle oil, was rich and satisfying. Another appetizer worth mentioning is the Maryland Crab Cakes, which had a generous amount of crab meat and were incredibly flavorful 🦀.Moving on to the main courses, the top recommendation is the Wagyu Cheese Beef Croissant Burger. Instead of the traditional bun, they used a cruffin, resulting in a mouthwatering burger with rich and juicy Wagyu beef 🐄. It‘s a definite must-try! Additionally, the Hawaiian Grilled Chicken was tender and succulent, served alongside grilled vegetables, making it a healthier option. Jane ate a whole drumstick 🐔🍗. If you prefer classic American dishes, the BBQ Pork Ribs and Grilled Steak are both satisfying 🥩.Now, let’s talk about desserts, which were a highlight of our dining experience. The Apple Crumble was hands down the best dessert I‘ve had in a while 🍎! Main Street Corner Cafe 大街餐廳 🐭🏰 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀大街餐廳推出全新菜單,由前菜、主菜、甜品、配菜、飲品,甚至配搭的餐具都重新設計。當中不同菜式都會加入米奇和更多迪士尼朋友的元素,而餐具部分,碗碟會使用到藍,紅,白的顏色以此代表美國,另外材質亦會由以前的塑膠轉變成為陶瓷。另外,兒童餐方面,亦選用了米奇頭形狀的餐盤配上把刀叉匙羹合起來會看到的米奇形狀餐具。⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀全新菜單以當代美式佳餚為主,並加入歐洲風味和迪士尼元素,希望賓客可以享受到精緻而傳統的美式家庭風味。而其中的「大街精選套餐」份量絕對令人滿足,加上米奇廚師配菜,甜品和特式飲品,驚喜滿滿,而且充滿迪士尼魔法,希望能用菜式帶出更多迪士尼背後的故事。⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀之前有在看Disney+中的一部紀錄片「Behind the Attraction 」第二季的其中一集The food入面就有介紹到華特·迪士尼先生擁有的一位私人廚師 Fou Fou,而當時其他國家的迪士尼樂園裏面的餐廳已經包含了他的一些招牌菜式。全新菜單登場後大家都終於可以品嘗到Fou Fou的招牌配菜:煙肉四季豆及米奇廚師芝士通粉。⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀前菜部分,米奇廚師沙律精選了30 款食材,其中大廚將梨子切片, 再以肉桂醬汁等香料浸泡入味,配上山核桃碎等豐富配料,以及經典美式田園沙律醬,口感豐富。而美國經典小食馬利蘭蟹餅每一口都是珍寶蟹肩肉和蟹肉絲,配上蜜糖芥末醬的翡翠豆苗栗米沙律,清新開胃而且滿足感滿滿。最後,一定要試經典美式蘑菇忌廉湯,特點在於加入了適量的白松露油作點綴,用作提升蘑菇鮮味。大廚還很細心使用牛肝菌粉做了米奇老鼠圖案,非常適合打卡!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀主菜部分,和牛芝士牛角堡是在傳統美式漢堡的基礎上加以改良,換上酥脆自家製作的牛角堡,選用優質澳洲和牛,配上啤酒洋蔥、煙肉、車打芝士, 再淋上華特·迪士尼先生喜歡的BBQ 醬,口感豐富又多汁,是必食推介!另外,夏威夷烤雞的英文名是Huli Huli Hawaiian Chicken, 「Huli」的夏威夷語是「轉」的意思,這道菜式精選了無 藥飼養的美國黃油春雞,以新鮮薑泥和蒜蓉混成的菠蘿醃醬醃製,再放入傳統旋轉式烤爐炭烤而成。烤雞外層呈焦糖色,雞肉嫩滑多汁,充滿了夏威夷熱帶香甜的味道,色香味俱全,滿滿的美式滋味!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀最後甜品部分,米妮芝士餅以正宗紐約芝士餅的製作方法作為基礎。餅底用充滿牛油香的全麥餅乾碎製成,再加入含新鮮檸檬汁點綴的忌廉芝士餡料,再加上新鮮士多啤梨,營造出經典的口感和風味。而奶油蘋果餡餅雪糕是源於 1890 年代的經典美式甜品。蘋果餡餅配上楓糖核桃雪糕、燕麥脆脆、杏仁堅果碎和暖心焦糖海鹽醬,多層次味覺享受能為一餐豐富的美式大餐畫上完美句號!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀飲品部分,喜歡飲奶昔的,可以選擇「玩轉唐老鴨」飲品,靈感來自唐老鴨游水,芒果奶昔配上焦糖爆谷,最後加上兩塊巧克力的唐老鴨腳板,營造出唐老鴨跳入水中。⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀除此之外,大街餐廳亦呈獻全新米奇與好友下午茶聚派對,每日供應時間是下午3點至5點,$488 (2人用)。當中特色推介會是米妮半圓蛋糕,米妮頭的形狀,蛋糕裏面會有紅桑子,焦桃忌廉和爆谷,打卡一流!另外下午茶的甜點全部加入了迪士尼人物元素,例如有米奇頭,米妮蝴蝶結,唐老鴨的帽子和腳板。 繼續閱讀

📍香港迪士尼 (大嶼山) - 【大街餐廳】大嶼山香港迪士尼樂園美國小鎮大街⁡為咗睇夜晚9:00嘅煙花,都一定要喺迪士尼裏面食埋晚餐🙈 為咗可以食完快啲行到出去霸個靚位睇煙花🎆,就揀咗呢間《大街餐廳》。⁡係主題樂園食嘢,都係預咗貴又普通😅叫咗個精選套餐~⁡前菜:海鮮大蝦沙巴翁(配雪碧龍蝦汁)大蝦係雪藏蝦,欠缺鮮味😞同個雪碧龍蝦汁都唔係好夾😅⁡主菜:精選烤肉拼盤(羊扒、鴨胸、雜肉腸,配烤薯雜菜及車厘子燒汁)原本諗住可以share食,點知一上菜得幾嚿仔😅 以成$300嘅價錢嚟講真係唔係幾抵食🙂‍↔️而味道方面正正常常,羊肉都算軟腍,唔會太騷。⁡甜品: Duffy and Friends窩夫(配雜錦草莓及雲呢拿雪糕)味道正常發揮,印有Duffy and friend係上面都幾可愛☺️⁡飲品:芒果烏龍茶特飲正常,唔會太甜⁡ 繼續閱讀
