大閘蟹季節又到了,想吃到蟹膏飽滿,蟹肉結實的大閘蟹蟹,這家我很推薦喔~精美雙拼~是家鄉燜筍乾及蝦苗頭水紫菜,筍乾燜至軟身帶點彈性,有點像入味的雞肶菇,而水紫菜的酸酸的,很開胃~清蒸大閘蟹~蟹身脹卜卜,內裡的蟹膏都是滿滿的,蟹肉鮮甜,吃後還會有薑茶附送,很方便~燕皮扁肉湯~燕皮煙韌有彈性,加上塞得滿滿的肉餡,很有口感,而湯裡更加了紫菜,很好吃~興化炒米粉~超級多料,有蟶子、蜆、瘦肉、菜、炸紫菜、花生及大蝦等蟹黃燜豆腐~很足料,除了豆腐外,還有雞蛋、瘦肉粒、豆卜、菜及帶子等,冬瓜薏米水~很多薏米,冬瓜也不少,味濃,甜度剛剛好~紅棗花生湯~很多花生,花生都被煮得冧軟了,舌尖頂一下基本不用咬也能溶掉,味道甜甜的帶著濃濃花生香,美味可口~ 繼續閱讀

好耐無食莆田喇,之前都系同屋企人一大班人食晚餐,第一次試佢的午市今日試左莆田1人餐,除左主菜之外,可以簡多三個配菜配菜試左荀乾、土荀凍同油豆腐荀乾真系好乾唔爽口,油豆腐滷得唔夠入口,整體黎講,三道配菜都無咩水準,令人失望莆田海鮮滷麵$78以前食過佢個滷麵幾好食,但系今次食質素令人好失望個滷麵無咩料可言,得幾條菜絲同幾粒冰鮮海鮮湯底唔鮮甜,個麵好似煮左好耐,淋pat pat 咁服務方面,出菜速度真系好慢,lunchtime 等曬半個鐘先有野食 繼續閱讀

最近想食返啲中菜,約咗朋友去銅鑼灣行街,正好走上去莆田食飯油煎大閘蟹 $138秋天當然要食大閘蟹,今次有三款大閘蟹可以揀,分別係清蒸、油煎同埋熟醉款,揀咗油煎大閘蟹,蟹膏煎封之後濃郁帶煙燻香,加上鮮甜蟹肉,入口美味,食完仲有杯薑茶可以飲添蟹黃炒米粉 $138蟹黃包裹住純米製造嘅米粉,米粉幼細,炒得乾身,用上唔少配料,包括有蝦、香菇、五花腩條等,食落香口美味,喺道地嘅福建菜蟹黃燜豆腐 $118另外叫咗碟燜豆腐,豆腐口感滑嫩,部分口感更帶有焦香,整體帶有蟹黃嘅鮮味,再加入蔥花,胡蘿蔔粒作點綴,口感有層次蒲田荔枝肉 $98荔枝肉係福建嘅傳統名菜,食落酸甜,亦都用上瓜類、紅椒等配料,感覺有啲似香港嘅咕嚕肉,同樣開胃鮮貝燴絲瓜 $98絲瓜食落濕潤,吸飽咗新鮮貝柱嘅鮮甜味,帶淡淡嘅鮮味,入口清香美味 繼續閱讀
