Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Chicano, a new Mexican pop-up restaurant located at Dragon i in Central. Its inception starts on May 8th, 2024, this pop-up becomes one of the high cost-performance value restaurants in my list. Priced at HKD188 + 10% service charge for the lunch menu, the portions are generous and the taste is exceptional, especially when compared to other expensive restaurants in Central, Hong Kong.Starteruring my visit on May 9th with four friends, we were impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. We started with Mexican chips, Pico de Gallo, and Pickled vegetables, accompanied by a must-have Large Guacamole that was simply delicious.Main course:We tried all five options from the lunch menu - Chicken Burrito Bowl, Steak Burrito Bowl, Costillas en Tamarindo, Shrimp Quesadilla, and Pollo Rostizado. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, with the choice of Arroz y Frijoles and the sourness of Ensalada Mixta complementing them perfectly.Dessert:To end our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in Flan and Churros with salted caramel sauce. The dessert was not overly sweet, pleasing all three ladies at the table.Overall Impression:In conclusion, this new pop-up in dragon i offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful dishes, generous portions, and reasonable pricing. We stayed behind for cocktails at dragon I , forgot to mention that the signature cocktails in the menu were amazing. Personal favourite is definitely the Dragon Margarita which used Jalapeno in the drink! I look forward to returning to this Chicano x dragon I pop-up for their tacos (since they were not serving on the day we visit)!

原來要打夠200字先可以評分好❗️我就打夠佢打夠一倍因為真係好嬲隔左咁耐,諗起都仲好嬲**********以下的文字一定要睇公平講句嘢食未食過,但夜店黎講,真係好差保安員對華人有「歧視」只對外國人好🤝當晚31/10/2020我一個女仔想入去(因我啲朋友入晒場)保安員唔俾我入無任何解釋期間見勁多外國人入場我啲朋友走岀黎同保安員講都無用,然後繼續不停放外國人入去我一個女仔企係度等後來我想照入去,佢勁大力捉住我隻手臂係勁大力(我係比較弱質纖纖嘅女仔)我當時勁嬲,用英文鬧佢佢先放我入去如果唔係朋友係入面真係唔想入*********好喇入到去玩左大約半小時我要去廁所排隊時,前面企左幾個華人女仔我哋好乖咁排隊我後面都企左好幾個人架點知黑人保安一見到外國人剛入黎竟然立刻指示佢哋可以入廁格姐係保安員指示外國人打尖🤣我當時見到一個係咁、兩個係咁......無過岀過聲因有諗過佢哋係咪VIP前面排緊隊的女仔忍唔住問WHY🚾最好笑係🥜🥜🥜🥜🥜連當時在場工作的外國清潔姨姨都忍唔住鬧啲保安,用英文問:「點解你可以咁?你有咩權咁做?你當你自己係邊個?」我哋先可以公平地去洗手間😰唔會再去👋🏻想激氣嘅就去喇🤨

dragon I 午市其實是中餐廳。disco ball 旁掛著幾個大燈籠。桌上有朵紅花環境安靜,適合久坐聊天。平日沒有滿座。餐廳有vegan點心提供,vegan 主義也可以享受點心美食。兩個人點了蘿蔔糕,煎得香脆美味,加一點辣椒醬非常好吃!再來一籠黑松露燒賣和蝦餃。蝦餃皮有點厚。再點了秋葵,秋葵是熱食,非常有益的蔬菜!可以點這個。最後送甜品馬拉糕兩件,馬拉糕鬆軟,不會過甜。埋單大概300 元,兩人份!不過不失!

Since I had to bring my parents to pay a visit to the Victoria Prison, I reserved a table of 3 today. It was a Saturday night at around 730. Central itself is rather busy (even with the rain) but we were the only table dining here. The environment of the whole place is more like a bar/ restaurant. I like how funky it is and next to the dining area, there is also a bar. We ordered one salad, pregnant woman fried rice, sweet and sour pork and the wagyu steak. Honestly speaking, the serving of the dishes was not big enough to justify its price. But the taste was pretty good. We actually expected more from the sweet and sour pork but it actually tasted rather ordinary and we could tell the pork wasn't exactly fresh (what do you expect in the middle of central?). Anyway, the wagyu steak is pretty good and its thinnly sliced in quite a number of pieces so we were able to share the steak. With the price it charges, (and possibly because we were the only table there) the service was quite good - the staff could attend to our needs rather promptly. Am I going to come again? If I was, it wouldn't be for the food.

新年開年飯🌸今日就嚟到中環呢一間中餐廳門面都幾有氣派🏮相信夏天嘅話外面用餐都幾chil入到去都見到好多外國人睇黎唔係做本地人生意為主餐牌All you can eat dim sum $258呢兩版嘅點心都可以任食🎀一嚟就即刻叫咗壺龍井茶壺好靚好有中國特色不過茶葉就麻麻地....😩完全無龍井既甘甜..質素差我哋叫咗好多籠點心 不能盡錄✅蝦餃大大粒好味 用料新鮮✅黑松露帶子燒賣好好食我食咗三粒 不過真係好肥望到入邊嘅肥豬肉就知道🤭🤭✅炸蟹鉗又係超好味入面見到足料既原隻蝦同蟹滑✅波菜餃皮薄 大大粒蝦 好味🆗豆苗餃 餃皮同餡料都係純豆苗覺得都幾有心思 係淡左少少 ❌正宗嘅紅油炒手應該係細細粒嘅雲吞通常都係皮多餡少 重點係層皮沾上紅油後既滋味依家變咗變左餃子咁❌小籠包個皮好厚 無肉汁❌灌湯餃好可惜只係得3碗 話已經賣晒😩當時都只係12:30....(不解)好彩我朋友話唔好食 個皮好厚舊肉好鞋👻❌最後食咗一碗楊枝甘露好甜....... 西米浸得太耐 好林好爛其實我哋嗌左好多點心最後都冇黎到有d好快就已經話賣晒又唔覺得佢哋有好多客人究竟啲點心去晒邊呢?以呢個價錢來講可以食得更加好只可以話係外國人嘅點心😏——————————食物質素:5/10環境衛生:7/10舒適度:7/10服務:5/10 性價比:3/10總評分:5.5/10——————————#foodblogger #foodlover #foodie #hkfoodie #相機食先 #中環
