今日同老公囡囡在澳門返黎,成八點幾,冇掟去,埋唯有找野食,上環唔識路。埋塔的士落IFC,四周食市都好多人,好彩我一落船就打電話定位先,等左一陣就入得。以前同D同事黎食午餐,已經覺得個海景好靚,今晚加埋燈飾仲靚,一家三口好少有咁既機會下食晚飯。叫左份銀雪魚加牛肉既鐵板燒,好老實,唔知係唔係要坐鐵板果邊先會好味呢?好一般羅,講唔出邊度唔好食,但又唔會令人有好味既感覺,銀雪魚都係午市燒果D好味,叫左份D刺身,個侍應介紹既:有吞拿魚、池魚、油甘魚全部都好肥美;有牡丹蝦、帶子爽甜;有囡囡最鐘意既蟹籽壽司,她一個人食六件,有我同老公都好鐘意既海膽,外表有少少淋,但好新甜,好好味,我地一口氣人人食左三件,正!!!仲有三文魚老公食,我麻麻。仲叫左梅卷、青瓜卷和蘿蔔卷,冇爆已算合格。一家人食飯當然開心,但有好多小抽例如肥妹搞後面枱姐姐既頭髮(唔好意思);又不停跌野落地,要人幫她拾;自己食飽就想落地搞事。如果今晚得我同老公二人,成件事就唔同曬,對住個海景仲會好浪漫但果D日子已經買少見少 繼續閱讀

多數高級西餐廳係無茶/水供應,禮鮨係唯一一間我暫時為止無茶水供應嘅日本餐廳。一杯綠茶盛惠$20。餐牌set lunch尚算多選擇,壽司刺身類全部過二百,唯一碎荵吞拿魚腩蓉飯係$195,爹哋叫咗呢個,我同媽咪叫咗照燒銀雪魚定食。所有定食都有雜生菜沙律,一小碗黃豆,黃蘿白2片同面豉湯。碎荵吞拿魚腩蓉飯賣相幾好,仲有碗烏冬,但爹哋無講好唔好食。照燒銀雪魚定食係失望的,原因銀雪魚唔滑,只係靠D汁,但又唔入味。如此定食索價$175,我覺得當中$87.5係幫手交租。雖然未見人龍,但食到2點仍然有客入,可能我哋揀食照燒銀雪魚並非正確。 繼續閱讀

Was hoping to make it to CAPRICE for a quick lunch but running too short on time, decided to give REI SUSHI a shot. At the time of visit in a hurry it didn't register, but this is in the HK Michelin Redbook, its also part of a bigger dining group including the Okinawan Nanba in Quarry Bay/Taikoo.***********ASSORTED SUSHI SET LUNCH ($215) -Starters: Soup, Salad, Spinach, Pickles.Nigiri Sushi: Picked by the chef, including Inari, Ikura, Tamago, Hirame, Shimaaji, Yellow Tail, etc. The wasabi was a mixture of real and powdered one. The Chu-toro was actually 'oxidised' and unfresh, a recurrent problem in HK? The egg was really not don't well at all. The Inari Sushi was done appallingly, not in the Osaka Triangular way nor the Tokyo way filled with rice - here it was just flappy. *_*' My piece of Saba was actually very 'bitter', despite the spring onions within and the ginger on top. This latter is the 1st time for me, although I have had worst Saba in another way before.SELF SELECTED SUSHI SET LUNCH ($295)Maki Sushi: Negitoro. Good.Nigiri Sushi: 8 pieces were chosen by ourselves, non can be repeatedly ordered but the choice of fishes available was very limited. You can get Sea Urchin, Aka-Gai which were not given in the above Chef selected meal. Both work out to have similar nigiris anyway, the above even have 9 main pieces vs the 8 in this set but with an additional hoso-maki. I personally think, this higher end and higher prices Set is not worth it - since the fish choices available were minimal.************The Sushi Chef's 'craftsmanship' was ok but not high end like, and the fish was easily sliding off the rice shari. I really had an issue with the colour-changed Toro as well as the bad Saba and Tamago...A mid '3' at most and very expensive and not worth the price for lunch, considering it was slightly Hong Kongnised in execution. 繼續閱讀

某天在看雜誌時,無意中看到這間日本餐廳的介紹,再認真地看下去時,也發現他們可以預訂北海道馬糞海膽和紫針海膽。於是二話不說,就致電訂位了。今天到了這裡,環境感覺一般,或者是一早便訂了位,所以能夠坐在玻璃窗旁的位置。服務員態度亦很友善,也很細心。我們一早預訂了兩隻北海道馬糞海膽,和一隻紫針海膽,但是師父一開之下發現其有一隻不太好,他們亦很坦然對我們說了。即使如此,亦沒有打擾我品嚐海膽的心情。一吃之下,果然美味。北海道馬糞海膽比紫針海膽的味道更濃烈,所以價錢亦貴些。除了海膽外,我們亦點了:-帶子刺身x1,十分鮮甜。-深海池魚壽司x2客,很新鮮,及味道鮮甜,值得一試的。-蟹糕壽司x2客,這是我吃過的最好吃的。----推介~-吞拿魚壽司x1,很鮮味,味道非常好~-鰻魚箱押壽司x1(有6件),吃得出是用'新鮮'的鰻魚做出來的。另外我們再點多了兩客普通的海膽壽司,雖然沒法媲美北海道馬糞海膽,但是味道美味也絕不遜色的。或許我們二人在一晚間點了太多的海膽了,當結帳後,這裡的服務員和壽司師父都注視在我倆的身上,的確有點尷尬。但是無論怎樣,這裡的壽司做得很出色,是一個不錯的選擇。 繼續閱讀

與同事請各自的秘書來,是她們所選的好地方! 雖然我不是最最喜歡日本餐,但這兒的SASHIMI真的十分新鮮!比起金鐘大亞仲好咁喎!! 什麼千兩都要靠邊站了... SET LUNCH 都幾抵食,物有所值... 會再幫襯!四人共$1,048 繼續閱讀
