吾知點解跟據經驗同直覺,一間細細間,環境靠差既粉麵店,通常質素會好好今次試下坐落太子既德記,叫左牛腩河雖然好細碗,但原來入面係塞滿哂河粉同牛腩, 牛腩好鬆軟人味,趙落去十分多肉汁,河粉粗身有咬口,而且湯底亦充滿牛腩汁, 好味.!!而且價錢好平, 支持! 繼續閱讀

我最鐘意去德記麵店食牛雜,因為D牛雜滷得好入味,我每星期會去食一次牛雜河加碟菜,佢d牛雜份量好足,牛肚、腸、肺, 旁,腍得黎又有些咬口.真係正,大大碗$17蚊超平一碟菜$6蚊$23蚊已食飽飽6月份祗加價每碗$1蚊,真係街坊生意.之前同姐姐黎食,試左雞腳$40蚊有8隻,淋淋地有咬口,滷得好入味 繼續閱讀

這晚想吃一些便宜的食品,看過食評都是不錯的,故此就找這德記。她在一些吃炒餸的食肆中間,我們穿過一些擺在路中間的桌子然後鑽入店內。店內只有四五張枱,在墻上貼滿各類食品的名稱和不同組合的優惠,看似複雜,其實來來去去都是吃那幾樣東西。我們選了牛腩麵、牛根米。大大舊的牛腩,肉很多,但很稔,不過夾夾下之後就散了,可能真的太稔了。牛根也是大大舊,也頗多,但也很稔,太太說太稔,我就覺得OK。之後還試了豬手和魚蛋雙拼,前者也是稔(相比粉嶺的群記就有點遜色了),後者有彈性。整體而言不是太好,但這個價錢,這個份量,這個區域,算不錯的了,起碼下次路過有肚腹需要也會幫襯! 繼續閱讀

After my visit to 大記 for carrot cakes and sweet puddings, I wanted to get a little more from the neighborhood since I rarely strolled to Prince Edwards. I found the logo of 德記粉麵家, but as soon as I walked in I realized that I should get takeout instead of eat-in, as the store was filled with only mid-aged men and I felt a little out of place. A quick glance at the wall I found that every item there was very cheap. A typical bowl of fish ball or wonton noodle is only $14. Even the most expensive item, the beef brisket 牛腩, is just $30, considerably less than other stores. It’s a very tiny place and I didn’t want to block other customers, so without much thinking I bought a dozen fish balls 魚蛋 ($22) and ½ dozen of fish skin dumplings 魚皮餃($11) mainly to go with my 余均益 at home and a small bag of fried fish skin 炸魚皮 ($5) for takeout.Just by looking at the uncooked items one could conclude that both the fish balls and the dumplings were manufactured by machines rather than house/handmade. The fish balls 魚蛋 were just average, slightly better than store-bought pre-packaged fish balls, but subpar to fish ball specialists. The weak fish flavor and the bouncy texture amplified the artificial feel. The fish dumplings 魚皮餃 were better, with the pork meat inside fatty and juicy enough that one would forgive the little fatty gristles. The dumpling skin wasn’t very flavorful and a little too thin, but it provided a pleasant mouthfeel without being too coarse or starchy. The most unexpected surprise was the 炸魚皮. Sealed in the plastic bags, these fish “chips” were paper-thin and crispy, not a bit greasy. They tasted very fresh and quite light due to the thinness. I regret that I didn’t get more as this small bag lasted for less than 2 minutes and was gone!I saw many customers ordering their beef offals and beef briskets, though I couldn’t tell if it was because of the quality or cheap price (They did look and smell quite good!). I may try one if I pass by, with a bag of fish skins and only for takeout. 繼續閱讀

放工不知吃甚麼~這就是我的選擇~魚皮餃墨丸麵~油菜~它的幼麵和墨丸都非常彈牙~墨丸真材實料~不會像一些店加很多粉~價格又便宜~很值得推薦 繼續閱讀
