I must admit I chose this restaurant because of the good reviews here. I was not disaapointed with the food or service but it is not good enough to make me return. It is not cheap at more than $400 per head and I think I can get better value of money elsewhere. The caesar salad and potato cake were average. The latter was quite oily and i could see the grease on the plate after finishing.I liked the soup though, thick and just the right level of creamliness.Main course was lamb which was good too.Overall, it was a good meal but I would have expected more for this price. It is just one of those meals you have which won't stick in your mind. If Mr Lobo can give us some surprises, may be I will change my mind about not returning.

睇吓openrice 呢度的食評幾好, 所以來這裡試吓,約一星期前訂位.鐘錶舖果個閘好隱閉, 加上樓下沒有指示, 最後都要打電話問路.環境是私房菜的樣子,佈置簡單, 比較平實; 面積唔係好大, 最多只能坐廿幾個人.老板娘首先講一次我哋兩個人之前上網選擇咗菜單:包: 熱辣辣, 很好.頭盤他選擇了Smoke Salmon with Capers, Gherkin, Red Onion Dice & Mango Purée: 新鮮嫩滑的煙三文魚配埋洋蔥絲, 伴上帶甜帶酸的芒果汁, 好好食!我是Seared Scallop with Fresh Fennel & Pernod Sauce: 烤帶子象棋咁大粒, 配上幼滑茴香白汁, 好有口感, 美中不足是少少過火.是日餐湯:鮮蝦南瓜湯: 蝦肉細細, 但好鮮甜, 南瓜湯味道不錯; 但我會提議蕃茄湯或菜湯, 或會令顧客更有驚喜!Baked Portabello with Tomato, Bacon & Cheese:蕃茄煙肉芝士焗菇熱辣辣, 夾d火箭菜, 好食!主菜:他選擇了Oriental Marinated Australian Lambrack, 我是USA Prime Ribeye: 羊扒和牛扒都外脆內軟, 肉味濃, 有嚼勁 (唔係筋喎!), 簡簡單單, 加少少芥茉已經好好食; 尤其是medium rare的牛扒, 好有肉汁(唔係血水!), 又大件, 我食唔完, 分咗一半俾佢, 絶對是誠意推介.咖啡或茶 (可添飲):唔想咁多咖啡因, 佢叫咗個柚子茶, 我是雪梨茶.甜品:心太軟加雲尼拿雪糕: 係黑朱古力心太軟, 我幾鍾意, 但他覺得唔夠甜. 薑糖panna cotta : 佢唔鍾意薑味,本來話唔食;我話呢個奶凍甜品“好natural , 好有奶味,唔係果d用粉溝出來的化學味,好香滑, 好好味, 試吓啦!”跟著, 佢食咗大半個.甜酒釀士多啤梨加雪糕(老板娘送的,多謝!):他很喜歡.服務員清楚解釋每道菜,又常常加水, 態度良好. 我哋食吓嘢, 影吓相, 和老板娘傾吓計, 分享吓喜歡的中菜和素食 … 臨走時,大廚和我哋握手, 恭喜我哋結婚周年紀念, …過咗好開心的一晚, 好想把這一刻的心情記下…更希望和你走埋前面的路.古巨基-一刻永恆(高清版) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVVnukWcNtw這一世 即使見聞沿路一直變一刻永恆 懷念永不厭 風景性情人物會改變 即使故意再做一遍 情懷事後便難再現 回憶可珍藏當冠冕

I have been to MeetLobo several times over the last 2 years and it has never failed to disappoint. The food was always impeccably executed, the foie gras is a must-try! Service was just as it should be...attentive but not over-whelming. Mrs Lobo in particular, was very friendly and always asking for comments. The environment... I must say, could get a little noisy and crowded but that's expected given the size of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares more about quality of food than the glamour of going to overrated expensive restaurants.

由於本人生日, 我朋友仔要請我食飯, 之前又有另外一個朋友仔黎過Meet Lobo食, 風評仲不錯, 所以我叫左我朋友同我黎e道慶祝生日! 由於睇下面某個食評! 所以以為係BodyShop旁邊樓梯上就冇死! 點知行到4樓都冇wo! 結果打左去問! 原來係英皇鐘錶左面閘上先岩! 上到去問番, 原來本來真係係BodyShop旁邊門口上, 不過原來BodyShop已經搬左! 而家係變左英皇鐘錶! 仲加左2道閘tim! 好喇! 一上到去! 人唔多! 不過有一桌應該係10個日本人黎食! 連日本人都識黎! 心諗應該冇死!一坐低就黎左面包先~ 熱剌剌~ 好味! 如果可以無限Refill就好lu, 不過我冇問之後先黎頭盤, 我朋友食 芒果汁煙三文魚, 而我就食鷓鴣肉!芒果汁煙三文魚 --- 個芒果汁好香甜! 真係好醒胃, 做頭盤一流!!鷓鴣肉 --- 因為未食過, 所以order佢, 不過原來冇咩特別!之後就到第2個頭盤, 焗雜菇 同 煎鵝肝!焗雜菇 --- 十分香, 味道好重牛油味! 好食~~~ 我朋友唔係咁like食菇都覺得好味!煎鵝肝--- 嘩~~~~~~~~ 勁厚!!!! 不過唔夠肥美~~~之後黎左個青豆湯, 連我唔係咁like青豆既都覺得好飲! 不過老闊娘介紹佢仲有2隻湯仲好飲. 一個係龍蝦湯, 一個唔記得了!之後Main Course我朋友order左羊排, 我就牛扒!羊排 - 羊味勁特出, 之後問番Lobo原來佢有小秘技!!牛扒 - 5成就真係5成! 有牛味, Juicy! 合格有餘!甜品方面試左三款(e part 我朋友寫既)1. 心太軟 - 三樣之中我最愛, 試過好多間 gei 心太軟都甜到難以入口~ 不過依度就整得甜度適中~ 有好豐富 gei 朱古力醬流出來~ 唯一挑剔 gei 係雪糕個份量如果多返少少就仲 perfect!2. strawberries with ice-cream - 個 sauce 係用左酒黎整 gei~ 幾特別幾 fresh~ 唔錯唔錯~3. creme brulee - 味道一般~ 略嫌焦糖硬左少少依度服務十分之好~ 不論大廚, 老闆娘定侍應都十分健談~ 好似去左探朋友咁~ 加上佢地係家庭生意, 感覺好 warm~ overall 來講食物雖然唔算一食難忘, 不過絕對值得推介~其實我地2個Set應該係得2個甜品, 不過由於我地應承左老闆娘幫佢寫個食評加更正教人點去搵佢地門口既方法, 所以佢地請我地食多左一個甜品! hohohoho..我地有說到做到ka, 雖然慢左d! 註意: 此私房菜不做 walk-in 生意~ 一定要打電話訂檯及一日前上佢個網揀定菜色

今日老公生日,臨時先話有得放假,即刻上openrice睇下有咩食同book枱啦lunch打俾meet lobo既老闆book位,態度超nice, 好warm, 令人感覺好好好去到銅鑼灣,搵左一陣都搵唔到,要打電話上去問,老板娘又好nice咁教路,上到去仲問我地係咪好難搵因為我係幾注重食野既環境,而呢度比我想像中差左少少,一間好普通既屋企囉,無咩特別~可能係我諗多左~~, 但因為是夜人不多,d人出哂去露台坐。變左我地好似包場咁得到店員有禮的招待後,開始我地既晚餐前菜扇貝- 肉幾實,最好味個汁,新鮮茴香鷓鴣-肉有少少少o鞋湯綠豆湯,好重豆味,好creamy, 有少少溜個包雖然係嘉頓麵包,但烘過,外脆內熱,好好食~~ 鵝肝 - 個汁幾好味,但鵝肝有少少根同個底煎燶左少少,有少少苦味,扣左少少分主菜鴨胸 - 其實我真係未食過咁生既鴨胸, 初初見到有d驚,但食落又ok喎, 係d皮始終接受唔到咁生肉眼扒 (+hkd50) - 肉質同牛味都ok, 但好似又overcook左少少, 有d乾身。反而伴菜個紅蘿蔔仔加左炒蒜粒同黑椒, 好好味~~甜品訂位時講左我老公生日,放是幫我整左個心太軟,仲加埋名。老闆娘驚我地食唔哂, 好細心咁幫我將餐個甜品轉左, 唔使食三個甜品~我覺得可能烘過籠,心太軟面個cake干干地,食落口有d散散地~我要左個焦糖焗蛋, 面層焦糖好好味呢度既餐飲仲要係任飲,可惜我地開左枝酒都飲唔哂~~浪費了~~呢度既服務真係好窩心,又細心,會主動幫我地影相,每道菜都有介紹,又會提點我地~不過可能個日跑馬,廚師有d心不在焉~~有幾道菜都煮過籠~~
