意大利珠寶品牌 Damiani 開設的全球首間餐廳,樓下是餐廳,樓上是酒吧,兩層均設有陳列櫃展示總值逾六百萬港元的鑽飾。餐廳供應注入日本菜元素的意大利菜,用上紅豆、綠茶、柚子等食材做意大利菜。餐廳請來曾於半島酒店餐廳Felix任職總廚的 Bryan Nagao 主理,意籍名廚 Michele Rodelli 亦會任客席總廚。

Went there on Sunday and had the set dinner. Fair price for the deco and class, but the quality of the food is only ok. The appetizers on the set was nice, but the entree was a bit sub standard. The Risotto was precooked so the risotto had no flavor but the sauce was good. Dessert was nicely decorated, but the taste is nothing surprising. The prices on the wine list is ridiculous. Won't go again as it is not worth it at this price.

my friend treated me a 10-course dinner (the taster menu) at this restaurant.we were there at from 8:15pm to 11:00pm. during our dinner, there were only 3 tables of diners (including us). a very decent and quiet restaurant... good for dating your bf/gf-to-be.I'm trying to recall what I ate as I had been focusing on the conversation more than the food :- carviar with uni on top of angel hair: the uni was soooo fresh, yummy yummy- foie gras: my favorite! - lobster bits on risotto: lovely~~~- baby pig with crispy skin: it's ok but cannot be comparable to the Portuguese style pork- my friend had angus sirloin with truffe; I don't eat beef and requested to change to halibut... my halibut was ok but my friend's truffe looked yummy- cheese with a roll of snack that looks like dim sum: I love cheese, so I think this dish is ok- vanilla icecream with a chocolate "cake" that had layers of peanut butter and strawberry inside a chocolate crust: I am no longer a chocolate/dessert person, so this dish was only so-so to me. Nonetheless, it was very unique- tea/coffee were served after the dishesthe taster menu was $988 per headAs for service... well... we were very well-served throughout the dinner.

Fancy menu. Nice presentation of food. Those are about all in this overpriced and pretentious place.Had the so-called White Truffle Menu.Never had such "light" white truffle, which basically has little, if any aroma.The first course was amazing: in order not to overshadow the aroma-less truffle, the restaurant managed to find some even more tasteless toro to go with it.The second course was some cooked fish which tasted like it has been used for cooking soup.The Ravioli that followed had smells of "refrigerator".The main course was at least something more decent: Wagyu beef, though not of any outstanding quality.The so-called dessert is awful. Looked and tasted like some freebie snacks offered in some cheap pubs.Service was not that great either. The bread platter was served 20 minutes after we sat down. Needless to say, the quality of the bread was awful too.It was like hell compared to truffle dinner offered at Grissini which, by the way, is about 30% cheaper and with much better food and service.That said, I would strongly recommend this restaurant to the most pretentious people who could truly enjoy what the restaurant could offer. iBankers maybe?

I went with my friend for dinner. The wine list was wrong, with duplication and wrongly pasted. And can someone imagine that no one ever realised that it was wrong ??? And the waitress probably is the most impolite one I have ever seen. When my friend and I were chatting, she just chipped in our conversation, on something which was not related to what was required of her service ! Never ever came across such an impolite waitress !And the restaurant is just cramped with tables. I felt like sitting in the middle of Mongkok and could hear clearly what the others were talking in the next table. In sum, poor and unprofessional service, poor environment, not value for money ! The only comment I told my friends is that never ever try to visit this restaurant !

昨晚和朋友到了這間餐廳食birthday dinner. 無論食物、環境及服務都非常好,尤其是食物方面,水準一流。我們Order了很多不同的Appetizer and Main Course:Appetizerizza with Tuna and Uni- 很有新鮮感,味道可以唔記得左個名既Ham with Melon- Ham既餘香數分鐘後仍在口腔內,very good!!Tampura of Crab Meat with Uni- 很特別既配搭,味道則沒有什麼特別Main Course:Risotto with truffle - 一拿來已香氣撲鼻,食落去d 飯滿晒cheese仲正鮮蜆意粉- 真的很鮮甜及肥美的蜆肉,意粉有點辣,很醒胃!Sirloin - 牛味濃郁,肉質軟硬度剛剛好,連伴碟既火箭菜都好得Lamb Chop- 肉質很軟滑,很驚喜!法國乳鴿- 很濃烈的乳鴿味道,可吃得出食材是上等貨Suckling Pig- 賣相很像東坡肉,味道很好,不過若一個人吃便太膩了Dessert: Warm Chocolate Cake- 有Wasabi混入其中,友人覺得很新鮮,但我則認為原味會好DTiramisu with Caramel- OK好味,其實與其他餐廳沒大分別Pineapple Cake- 甜品中我覺得這一個做得最出色!總括來說,這間餐廳是近來最出色的一間。
