I'm a lazy member and seldom write feedback on my dining experience. But this time, I think I need to do this. That's the worst dining experience which I ever had. It was a Friday night in January and all the good restaurant in SOHO were full. We found the menu and the decoration of this restaurant were attractive. So we decided to spend our dinner there. We were not that hungry so we just order few things: 1.) Red wine x 2 - ( it's ok) 2.) Pumpkin Salad3.) Buffalo Chicken Wings4.) Rib Eye SteakLet me talk about the food first. ( sorry for being mean, but I have to say so...) - Pumpkin Salad- Though I'm a pumpkin fans, but I have to say that it's the most awful salad that I ever had. The salad had pumpkin + feta cheese + rocket leaves. It's so oily and sweet ( as they put lots of honey on the salad). Feta cheese didn't go well with honey.- Buffalo Chicken Wings- The presentation was nice and looks delicious. It's crispy but it's totally tasteless. - Rib Eye Steak ( $285) - Disappointed. We waited for almost 30 mins for the medium cooked steak. However, it's almost well cooked and the portion was too small even for a gal. Service: Serving speed was very slow. 2 American guys which sat next to our table. They waited more than 30 mins for the Calamari and chips. When the food came, they said... " OH, FINALLY, we got our food...." We spent around $850 on that dinner. But my boy friend needed to get a burger at the burger shop nearby right after that dinner . As soon as I heard the words "US short ribs and truffle burger topped with foie gras" I knew I had to come here Also ordered a lamb burger just out of curiosity because the burgers here are comparatively small in size. It should be noted that one major thing about the burgers here is that they are served as open sandwiches eaten with forks and knives - in short it feels more like eating a patty with toppings on bread so if you are looking for some big juicy burger to take "full bitefuls" out of, this should not be the place to be at.First I tried my US short ribs truffle foie gras burger. The beef patties here are known to be made of 100% wagyu but I wouldn't say that my beef patty was anything out of ordinary - it did not actually have the sort of rich flavour that lingers on the palate normally found in wagyu. Regardless, the US short ribs buried inside the patty were tasty and went really well with the sauce. The foie gras on top was nothing to scream about, and the taste of truffle wasn't strong enough to add character to the dish, but overall it was a good burger - not good enough for me to crave another one but good enough to be worth a try. The lamb burger tasted somewhat like a kebab because of the condiments used. Not bad either, but again not something I'd crave again. All in all I wouldn't say that I had the most amazing burgers here, but I did not regret coming either so it could be worth visiting to anyone in the mood for a slightly decadent "burger". 繼續閱讀

dinner was great~ but the place was mostly filled with foreigners~ the WAGYU oxtail burger was ok. but the portion is a lot smaller than the lunch ones.Corn and Parmasen Cheese is a MUST EAT! very special and lemon grass +lime flavour which makes it very fresh~but the price was a bit too expensive and there is limited choice. 繼續閱讀

Was in soho that day and couldn't find a place to eat. We then got attracted by the exterior of this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Well, the interior looks appealing. It's a small closey place, with around 6 or 7 tables only and sofa seats on the sides. You'd definitely think that it's a bar if you know nothing about this place.The menu is very simple - all about burgers. $168 a set and it includes a burger, a soup and a drink. You can pick your 3 toppings from the list, but requires a premium for toppings like foie gras. I ended up ordering a chicken burger and my friend a beef burger.My burger arrived first and it came with fries and some veggie. The fries was rather disappointing as it wasn't hot enough. The burger did smell great and the chicken breast was tender and juicy. It was in fact pretty well done. While I was enjoying my own chicken burger, she was still waiting for her beef burger. It never came. We finally asked the manager and he said the order's missed! How on earth could that happen when you guys had already served her the drink? And for god's sake, there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. They were just serving one table!We were understandably pissed. I finished up myburger quickly and we left .It was disappointing. 抱住一試的心態同一班朋友去.Fine Dining格局, 都係Fine Dining價錢, hk$1xx-hk$2xx一個漢堡. 要咗蟹堡同炸薯粒. 朋友要咗其他漢堡同其他小食.先來炸薯粒, 鮮炸 (咁嘅價錢冇理由唔係鮮做), ok嘅, 除咗碗上2條香草, 真係好普通. (老實講mcdonald嘅薯餅都唔差....)蟹堡一上, 陳設好精美. 有d橙色嘅泡沫汁在Open Top的漢堡上. Well.... 個人覺得over咗, 不過唔緊要, 最緊要好味.食落, 唔覺好好食, 又唔係難食, 感覺係整色整水.... size唔大, 好快食完... 因為間餐廳太細, d waiter 望住, 完全坐唔耐, FINE DINING唔係應該舒舒服服嘅咩?感覺係食緊一個HK$280嘅快餐. 完全唔知想點.試過, 感覺係 "or" .....唔會再去. 繼續閱讀
