招牌菜
因有朋友回港所以約見面,但因我們都吃了午餐,所以決定吃甜品我們五人因看他門外可以停車所以決定選這家,我們叫了2個冰川拉麵、蜂蜜綠茶、珍珠奶茶和芒果西米露,但因無芒果未有所以我朋友得吃,可能店裏只有一位店員所以看他四處張羅,我們等了20分鐘先來冰川拉麵2個,到我兩位朋友都吃完珍珠奶茶和蜂蜜綠茶才到,但驚客才到珍珠奶茶的珍珠未熟,蜂蜜綠茶來到是黃色已經奇怪但飲落又苦又濯,告訴店員時他原來不識做的,最後除消綠茶 order。我看他們店掛上獎牌等品牌,如是因人手未齊而七手八腳那是否應該人和食物都準備好才開店呢?

平時好少去大埔區, 今次因為朋友約左去大尾督 BBQ, 燒完時大家餘興未盡, 於是大幫地膽朋友就介紹來呢一間因為我地有渣車, 又有人帶路, 好快就到 (如果要我自己渣來一定迷路)朋友力推 "紫葡之戀" / "宇治金時"我最後就選左"宇治金時", 其他朋友有選"紫葡之戀", 亦有些叫左芒果既冰(唔記得叫咩名)綠茶味好濃, 完完全全滲入左碗冰度, 不過呢隻係碎冰, 口感就無綿綿冰咁好最頂有一舊 (我估係鳥結糖), 由於係個冰既"尖頂", "筆"既時候 一個唔小心, 成舊鳥結糖就跌左落枱無得食 另外, 紅豆味亦好濃, 唔知係用大陸定係台灣定係日本紅豆....仲有一 D 小珍珠增加口感, 配搭唔錯廿零三十蚊, 都已經係今時今日既甜品入門, 主要都係朋友圍埋吹下水談天說地, 整體來講, OK 啦

宇治金時There was a lot of ice, which unfortunately tasted too much like ice, as there was not enough green tea flavour. After a while, when your mouth goes numb from the iciness, the meek taste of green-tea fades away altogether. There was also not enough red beans, whose sweetness was a great relief given the tasteless iciness. And – surprise – there was not enough condensed milk, which would have greatly improved the taste. The blocks of ice-cream were a nice touch, and looked interesting, but both taste-wise and texture-wise, they failed to impress. I don’t think it’s difficult to tell that this dessert needs a lot more toppings/ sauce – otherwise it’s mainly just a serving of ice.

去左男朋友屋企食飯,食完想食甜品,就去左甜品工房~因為聽過幾個朋友話好食,所以都有D期望。去到坐底揀野食,不過舉手左耐,叫左好多次落單都冇人理,但明明個2個員工都行黎行去 =.=男朋友仲問我 ”其實我地係咪死左?“終於有人睬我地,叫左一個紫葡之戀同另一個用藍梅既我地落單果陣 話“唔該一個紫葡.....”都未講完,個員工勁急“得,跟住呢”,我就指住圖畫“請問有冇....."又未講完,員工:”有!“就即收餐牌走人服務態度很不濟~失望~講番食物,其兩個都係冰,基本上完全同味,都係巨峰提汁味,只係一個係放提子一個放左藍梅。有三粒小雪糕糯米糍,係我最鐘意既香芋味,好食!呢度個洗手間幾乾淨,加分!下次會試宇治金時,希望服務會改善。

之前去食過一次冰全隊3人未食完就內急上廁所。今次朋友話要食, 我唔食冰喇, 試其他野。地方細等左20分鐘先有位, 其實唔介意可以坐出面。友人叫左芒果味棉花冰, 夠凍不過味道一般。我嗌綠茶凍粉, 上面有兜芒果椰汁小丸子, 唔凍又唔熱, 口感味道俱怪。紅豆就幾好味, 但係個綠茶凍粉唔係凍既?坐正水吧下面, WAITER出出入入撞來撞去。不過有表演睇, 就係食食下不時有珍珠、提子等食材飛落黎我地張台度, 免費加料, 正~ 惟有粒提子飛歪左, 撞正我件衫。
