呢間老店我食咗成十年,冇一次好似今日咁差,真係惱惱哋! 叫咗個午市套餐,一碗燉湯,一個雙拼飯; 加咗個金銀蛋唐生菜同埋涼瓜牛肉飯。 果個雙拼飯來先:一條臘腸,幾塊白切雞,幾條菜心,擺係個細細哋嘅碗仔上。啲白飯溫溫哋,幾乎係凍嘅,果啲雞就完全凍嘅,凍到好似雪櫃入面啱啱拿出來咁,冇味道,又柴,呃人咩? 條臘腸就正常,菜心又係凍嘅,唔知係幾時就淥咗擺係果到嘅。總之差到我都唔敢相信佢係真嘅。同夥計講咗,佢就拿返碗飯入微波加熱,但係廚師就話啲雞係室溫,凍咗係今日天氣涼。 涼瓜牛肉飯最起碼係熱嘅,但係味道都麻麻,牛肉好柴同埋有陣雪味,唔多好食;涼瓜又係好似淥咗好耐,不過總算味道正常。 金銀蛋唐生菜都唔錯。最好係個燉湯,鮮甜,夠熱,點解其他餸就冇呢種水準? 店家好似冇曬心機咁,好鬼可惜,又少咗一間老店。另:食飯個碗仔係蹦咗嘅,缺口處好利,我朋友差啲整傷咗手指,好得人驚! 繼續閱讀

推介指數 Recommendation Level : 🔥🔥🔥一間傳統的港式餐廳,提供的是古典懷舊傳統的香港菜式,就如店舖的名字一樣,主打的菜式當然是蛇羹,還有其他家常燉湯,所以多年來都吸引不少於中環上班的銀行家來光過,近年來餐廳亦力求創新,除了傳統之餘亦加入一些新派的菜式,可惜品質卻沒有之前一般好。A traditional Hong Kong-style restaurant that offers classic and nostalgic Cantonese dishes. True to the restaurant's name, its signature dish is snake soup, accompanied by a selection of home-style stews. Over the years, it has attracted numerous bankers from Central. In recent years, the restaurant has also sought innovation by introducing some modern dishes alongside the traditional ones; unfortunately, the quality has not consistently met the previous standard.下午茶餐 ($98)Afternoon Tea Menu迷你蛇羹Mini Snake Soup這個迷你蛇羹用料非常多,可惜蛇肉的份量卻不算很多,幸好這個湯的鮮美十足,學得出事用了很多肉甚至金華火腿去炮製,而蛇羹內加入了花膠,令整道菜式更加矜貴This mini snake soup contains a rich array of ingredients; however, the portion of snake meat is somewhat limited. Fortunately, the soup is exceptionally flavorful, likely due to the use of a substantial amount of meat and even Jinhua ham in its preparation. The addition of fish maw enhances the dish's overall luxury.臘味糯米飯Preserved Meat Sticky Rice加入了鮮潤腸及臘腸,潤腸有非常濃的豬肝味道,非常甘香,增加了整到菜式的味道層次,不過糯米飯炒得不夠乾身,略嫌有點黏口This dish features fresh and succulent Chinese sausages, with the moist sausage imparting a strong liver flavor that enriches the layered taste of the dish. However, the sticky rice is not fried dry enough and tends to be a bit sticky to the palate.竹炭鹹水角Bamboo Charcoal Salty Dumplings這個點心令人有點而失望,因為鹹水角沒有令人期待的香脆,而且亦沒有軟糯的煙韌感覺,有點兒像麵包的皮一般,而且餡料亦不算太多This dim sum was slightly disappointing, as the salty dumpling lacked the expected crispiness and did not possess the soft, chewy texture one looks for. 蛇羹足料美味, 貨真價實, $140一碗也是值得 膶腸甘香可口, 配個熱辣辣的絲苗白飯真是一絕燒味及小菜也顯出老字號的功架, 極力推薦綠豆沙, 濃厚香草陈皮味, 甜度適中服務員態度親切, 吃出真誠的人情品 繼續閱讀

標題話齋,入冬梗係去食蛇啦!去中環熟悉嘅餐廳就係蛇王芬!知道沙田都有開分店,但係都係想去中環老店食。好在早去,還有位坐。原來係可以訂位。入面環境裝修很有懷舊feel。坐低睇個餐牌,好多都係傳統懷舊美食,樣樣都想食,但得兩個人,唯有叫咗二人餐,一人一碗蛇羹同臘味糯米飯。蛇羹足料好鮮甜。最鍾意佢落咗啲檸檬葉,帶出清清的幽香 。糯米飯有好多臘腸同潤腸。飯好軟熟,唔係太油膩。店員服務態度又好。亦都有好多不同國籍嘅外國人慕名去食。食完暖暖的走出餐廳!滿足! 繼續閱讀

平時很少去中環,今天有事要去中環,天氣亦開始涼,於是午餐決定去蛇王芬吃,畢竟是老字號。但今次非常失望,首先碗蛇羹完全唔熱!我向伙記反映,佢竟然將我碗蛇羹連埋隻匙羹一起放到微波爐叮熱,拿回給我的時候,匙羹都發燙了,反而不是換過一碗新的給我,蛇羹卻收我$140,而蛇羹裏,坦白說,我不覺得有很多蛇肉。我還點了一個油雞潤腸飯,油雞給我一隻雞翼斬開三件,再加三小件雞胸肉,絕對不值$65!體驗非常差,不會再去了! 繼續閱讀
