行開灣仔,就順便去新記食個芝士豬頸肉撈丁啦首先,賣相有待改進雖然個樣差的,不過勝在味道搭救入口勁重芝士醬味,同埋個汁幾厚身,好味!豬頸肉肉質夠爽,但係已經食唔出係咩味⋯俾的芝士味蓋過晒整體來講係幾好食的,不過我覺得一個人食晒成碗面會太漏

中午在富聲飲茶後...就在灣仔區繼續辦事...可能今天比平常的星期六早起來..12點就吃了點心...下午4點多完成工作後又覺得肚子有點餓了...又開始想想要到那裡吃下午茶...本來想到我的至愛北海道的, 遠遠已經看到門口站著十多人...就放棄了朋友問我有沒有吃過新記的芝士麵..說不錯的...我說沒有...就決定去新記..灣仔不算大..走過去10分鐘就到了...入口在灣仔道的後面..小小的一間茶餐廳...人不算很多...我們不用等位...看看餐牌...有特色芝士麵餐..每人各自點了個芝士豬頸肉麵餐, 只是我的加了芝華力腸..等了不到10分鐘, 兩碗麵上枱了...芝士味蠻香醲的..但麵略為太稔...個人比較喜歡有咬口乾身一點的麵..可能麵碌太久吧...豬頸肉是有煎過的, 吃下去還有點煎香的味道...芝華力腸就沒有煎過, 應該時跟麵一吃碌熟的吧...個人覺得芝士麵味道一般..當他是個平常下午茶吃是ok的...但不要以太大期望的去吃就ok

Today's adventure was to try Sun Kee Restaurant, famous for its cheesy instant noodles Came in with my two other colleagues and we all ordered the 'Cheese noodle meal'. You get to pick two choiced out of a selected list, I picked pork chop and fried egg. Personally, I thought the cheese was a bit bland like it was missing some zing to it.. like there was nothing for me to want to eat more of. But having said that, they seem to put in the right amount of sauce, not too much as if the cheese was soupy and not too less of, it was just right. The noodles itself was bouncy and chewy enough, just the way I like my noodles Atmosphere: Similar to a generic cha charn tang but cleaner$: $38 per head

睇過電視介紹後特登去搵新記試吓芝士麵,愛芝士汁嘅朋友不妨試吓。 茶餐廳形式,除芝士麵外仲有多款麵飯選擇,不過入去幫趁嘅都係食芝士麵為主。 芝士麵既芝士汁撈即食麵,可選唔同食物配搭。豬扒煎蛋芝士麵: 芝士汁杰身唔算太濃有淡淡芝士味,我睇到廚房裡面師傅將片裝芝士加入白汁內調味,豬扒帶骨較薄身醃過再煎炸有D乾,煎蛋係太陽蛋,原先諗住蛋汁撈埋芝士汁會好滋味,可惜蛋黃淺色唔夠蛋味,整體都好特別幾好味,都幾漏。雞翼、芝士丸: 芝士丸唔可以加落芝士麵叫,唯有散叫啦不過唔想食太多粒所以叫咗拼雞翼小食。 芝士丸係平時打邊爐嗰隻炸過再淋上芝士汁,丸入面D芝士溶晒裡裡外外都芝士當然好味啦。 至於雞翼係一個驚喜估唔到咁好味,雞中翼係細size見表面有薑同蒜蓉就知經過調味醃過好入味,最特別係將雞中翼打橫切開,炸到表面脆卜卜,而size剛好一舊一啖又易將骨頭吐出,讚!我一個人食晒兩樣嘢,確實好漏好吃力! 下次唔會叫晒全部芝士喇。

真係見面不如聞名,知道有這間芝士麵已經好耐,今晚終於路經此地,有機會一試,但可惜……先說麵質,太林了,失左爽口感覺。而豬頸肉亦不覺爽囗。還有主角芝士,味道一點也不香,沒有芝士味,只像加了水的芝士汁。如特地到來一試的話,必定極度失敗。好在這次是順路而已……
