It used to be a good pick for lunch and I usually be there around 1PM. However, It has been my 3rd time I can't order pork chop or chicken leg. The most unpleasant experience is when I raised the concern to the shop manager, he just casually replied our shop open at 12:00 meaning I should fit into their shop schedule rather than thinking how to improve their choice availability??? 繼續閱讀

I work around here and am constantly looking for new places to try and found this place on OR. I've heard of 牛坑腩 (special cut of beef brisket), but never tried it until now. The location is a bit off the beaten track but was easy to find with google maps. We got to the restaurant around 12pm and didn't have to wait for a seat. Of course I had to order their 牛坑腩 with lo mein. You can choose your own sauce for the lo mein as well so I chose the shrimp flavor (it's like shrimp powder really). The 牛坑腩 came in its own bowl and soup. The soup was clear and delicious - not oily or MSG flavor at all. The beef brisket was tender yet chewy in a good way unlike the usual beef brisket that is braised for so long it's too soft sometimes. The lo mein was good (not too soft or too hard) and the shrimp powder went well with it. A satisfying meal and I would come back again to try other items on their menu! 繼續閱讀

專程來到這裏吃麵. 這裡的很不錯. - 小吃 (青瓜, 牛舌) : 同平時吃的不同, 牛舌好soft. - 羊腩湯麵 (咖喱汁) : 羊腩肉好多, 帶點’騷’味, 好吃. - 牛坑腩撈麵 : 牛坑腩肉好多, 肉有點乾身, 撈汁同麵都好吃. - 大腸 : 皮脆, 肉嫰. 味道較淡. 繼續閱讀

為左要搵好食既尬麵食,今次黎到鰂魚涌尋訪!蝦湯摻摻 - 「摻摻」即米粉及油麵兩溝湯底蝦味不及灣仔某間專吃蝦麵的出品濃郁不過勝在足料,蝦肉彈牙坑腩撈幼麵坑腩望落好靚,肉質滑而且唔韌但係個湯底給我的印象更加深刻,因為好少可以清澈味清,麵身爽口,沒有鹼水味,但係比較韌,要咬幾下先斷,出品唔差,但係價錢...... 繼續閱讀

去過鰂魚涌o既人都知道,呢道實在幾多嘢食揀。事先做啲準備功夫係必須o既~~呢度地方比較偏,印定地圖先識嚟。响阿姐不斷催促下,叫咗:坑腩魚角麵、蔥油豉油豬扒飯、 峇拉醬芥蘭、藕片,最後加咗個甜品 - 芝麻糕唔知坑腩應該係咩質地?不過,其實最緊要好食。肉質比較滑、唔韌,牛肉味濃。魚角幾彈牙,味道淡淡地,幾易入口。點咗粗麵,煮得唔會太腍,唔錯。豬扒好厚身,肉質較腍較肥,好在夠入味。蔥油豉油咸咗啲,不過用嚟送飯就啱。芥蘭夠爽,峇拉醬夠特別,好有馬來西亞風味。藕片可能唔合時,唔爽口,辣味亦過重,有啲失望。見到有芝麻糕,明明已經好飽,都忍唔住叫一客。芝麻味唔夠,好在質地煙韌。埋單走人時,餐廳內都唔係好多客。如果阿姐唔好催落單催得咁緊會好啲... 繼續閱讀
