今日第一次與朋友慶祝我的生日,地方十分靜,只有四五枱食客。我們點了一個二人餐、烤豬腿和雞扒沙律。二人餐有頭盤(沙律)、湯(忌廉磨菇和牛尾)、牛扒和兔魚、dessert 和餐茶。湯的份量很多,兩個湯四人share.我試的磨菇湯十分幼滑。其他ok. 但烤豬有點過火,有少許焦!最後上的dessert朋友安排了birthday candle 和 greeting. 十分細心,亦沒有extra fee. Good!

我們一行四人想找一個舒舒服服的地方食晚飯, 朋友想起K11有間餐廳一直想試 ,所以決定去試一試經理介紹我們享用套餐及鵝肝雲吞, 但我朋友又想吃千層麵, 於是我們叫了二個套餐,鵝肝雲吞及千層麵套餐是四道菜晚餐頭盤是白酒煮硯,硯十分鮮甜 湯是雜野菌湯,雜菌的味道很香濃, 一試難忘...!因為叫了兩個套餐,所以有兩款主菜, 有三文魚及炭燒肉眼扒香煎三文魚肉質肥美,層次分明,油脂比例剛剛好炭燒肉眼扒吃起來鬆化,有肉汁而不乾身,亦有肉味的。這塊肉眼扒,什麼調味料也不用下,已經相當美味。鵝肝雲吞雲吞皮滑, 鵝肝味道亦香濃, 雖然只有七件, 每人試少少剛剛好!千層麵濃郁方香的芝士, 和切成碎的牛肉,一層層交錯的配搭,味道十分香濃, 不能不試

諗住唔使等位,就入咗呢間餐廳食晚飯。叫咗一個飯,一個面,味道真系好一般,有d咸。食到一半,問仕應要杯水。仕應話呢度無水提供,要的話要買一支礦泉水($40)咩餐廳嚟架!連水都無!問仕應點解無水提供,佢話公司政策。我剩系想要杯水咁簡單,政咩策!!!!真系把鬼火,剩返個一半都無食就走咗。食得唔開心,食咩都無味啦!

No wonder we didn't have to wait to be seated - no one wants to eat there. When we walked in the restaurant, there were only 3 tables occupied (this was right at dinner time). We travelled from Canada, and were recommended by our hotel to go to this restaurant. The conceirge had mentioned that this is a greek restaurant, and that this is just a family restaurant, not a fine dinning place. We were okay with that. When we got there, and checked the menu, and found out that it's an Italian menu. We asked the manager, and he said that they switched from Greek to Italian some time ago. That's fine, we thought we would try. We wanted to order just regular water. The waitress said, "Oh, we don't have regular water, you can order bottled water, either still or sparkling water." We thought it was a way for the restaurant to make money, that's fine, we didn't argue, and ordered a bottle of water, and our food. While we were waiting for our food, I heard the customer at the next table asked for a cup of water, of course, the waitress said they had to order bottled water. The customer didn't want to, and insisted, "For God's sake, just give me a cup of hot water." And there the waitress gone and fetched her a cup of hot water. After a few minutes, the same table called the manager, and wanted to return some kind of meat (I believe it was Fillet Mignon) to the kitchen because it was very tough. I thought to myself that this was not a good sign because my boyfriend ordered beef tenderloin. When our food came, my boyfriend had to send back the beef tenderloin because it wasn't cooked to what he requested. When it was brought back to the table the 2nd time, my boyfriend had a few bites, and didn't want to eat. The meat didn't seem right. We told the waitress about the meet, and asked for the bill thinking she would take the beef tenderloin off the bill without us asking (this is how a good restaurant would definitely offer). The bill came and we had to pay for the full meal, that's fine, we don't like to argue, we paid. But just wanted to warn people about this restaurant - FOOD IS NOT GOOD AT ALL in my opinion. I ordered a seafood pasta, I'll give a 1 out of 5.The taste was nothing special, clams were not done right, and the sauce didn't taste like any white wine sauce as they claimed.

由於方便老闆泊車的關係,又要方便客人,於是選擇了去尖沙咀k11找一個可以見得客的地方吃餐飯。幸好這客人與我們的關係很好,不用找一些富麗堂皇的地點吃飯,我上星期已在這商場走了一轉去找地方,其實都挺多選擇,後來去到aropa,選擇佢既原因是因為它的地方看上去幾得意同舒服,唔會似好傳統形式的西餐廳;menu其實沒有特別吸引我的地方,都是來來去去都是那些,我不過book位時門口的侍應卻能「挑出」幾款有驚喜食物,其中一款最深刻是燒乳豬,於是鐵定去食當晚一定要叫呢個。 當晚坐低就叫野食,當然是看看老闆或客人食什麼才決定,客人叫了他們的dinner set,一個$398 的set,我看看吃的是頗簡單的菜式,有蝦牛油果沙律,菌湯,angus sirloin及panna cotta,不太吸引我; 但老闆及另外兩位同事都跟著叫了這個set....那麼我唯有都叫這個,免得佢地有四個course我就得三個course,唔係幾好。 可能係無期望的原因,我可以用「非常好食」來形容呢個set; 其實我唔係好叻出街食飯,只是工作上成日要去食;但呢個set都算係我出街食飯咁食set黎講最好食既一個原因一 : 個蝦牛油果的牛油果不像外面打到爛哂,又或者係熟到有d苦那種,有一粒粒好似方糖咁大粒的牛油果同牛油果蓉撈埋一齊,最頂就放一隻大蝦,好食原因二 : 菌湯我飲過好多,但aropa呢個係非常香,同埋好熱,waiter聽到我叫了一聲就走個來同我說上面那「一圈油」不是一般用的橄欖油,是白松露油....又知多一樣野原因三: 其實Augus Sirloin唔係什麼特東西,亦不算是很貴的食材,但我都很有信心叫各食家去試試呢塊sirloin真係做得好,生熟程度埋位,而且唔乾 (因我食八成),好tender同juicy,好滿足甜品就無咩特別,但因為客人生日關係(是突然想起)訂了一個蛋糕,廚房分蛋糕後上碟,師傅在主人家的碟上畫的花令人驚歎,同埋好有中國新年色彩呢
