Haven’t been back in a while. Last visit was during the pandemic after learning that this spot is the chefs go-to after service. Last visit was alright. Fair execution. H said he wants to revisit so here we are again. Server recommended us having the pigeons. Loved the crispy exterior. It would have been better had the pigeon been meatier and marinated a tinge longer.Daqian chicken 大千雞. The chicken were deep fried to perfection with a golden exterior. Perfect to go with a pint.For veggie I wanted to try something different so we ordered Gracilaria in minced garlic (蒜茸龍鬚菜). The gracilaria has an interesting smooth texture and very luscious to the bite. Loved it.The most disappointing dish was the prawns with fried rice vermicelli. The prawns were alright but the fried rice vermicelli was bland and fried in a thick batter. The sauce that came with it though packed with lobster essence it still failed to redeem it. Overall a meal with hits and misses and it certainly has room for improvement.

上菜慢,食物普通、但價錢就5星星😵💫,雞用冰鮮雞1 食就知,羌蔥牛肉冇特別,生炒骨普普通通,只是多名人和藝員常去,如想碰碰運氣看撞到藝員打咭,都可免強一試嘅!😏

好耐未食過咁精彩的中菜,聽聞好多廚師都會喺呢度食飯,所以一定有返咁上下本事如果冇訂位,就唔好諗住walk in 可以有機會佢哋嘅龍蝦超級新鮮,龍蝦嘅鮮甜完全演繹得好出色,加上煎米粉揀食超筍,完全係酒店級嘅味道陳皮清蒸鮑魚,鮮味十足就咁一碟炒龍鬚菜都顯示到廚師嘅水準那個白灼牛肉就顯示到廚師的刀工以及烹調嘅時間白切雞味道好好,唯獨是有少少偏细朋友話一定要食的咕嚕肉,食咗大半先記得影相例湯火候夠,絕對冇味精絕對值得再食

公司食開年飯。去左食,整體都好食😋最正係個帝王蟹三食法,最正個避風塘炒帝王蟹,食到停唔到口。因為係公司飯,所以基本上唔知埋單要幾銀,仲帶左紅酒同白酒去飲,王牌咕嚕肉真係超級無敵好食!!不愧係王牌米芝連

🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑椒鹽豆腐🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑粉葛粉腸豬脷煲豬踭🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑紅燒乳鴿🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑白灼金菇手切牛肉🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑花甲蒸蛋🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑蒜茸龍鬚菜🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑油浸筍殼魚 約左朋友食飯,想食中菜,有人推介太子聚興家。座位方面都幾舒服,都係一般中菜圓枱設計。 因為未齊人,所以先叫一個椒鹽豆腐送下酒先。味道唔錯,但係豆腐外層略嫌唔夠脆。 🍲然後就飲一個湯,睇湯渣都知足料,粉葛粉腸豬脷煲豬踭。平時比較少食湯渣,但係應該都要試少少,點少少辣椒豉油都幾惹味。 🍗紅燒乳鴿味道唔錯又幾香脆,不過肉就偏少,可能本身比較瘦弱。 🥩白灼金菇手切牛肉可能係今晚之最,薑蔥加辣椒,看似簡單嘅配搭,但係又幾好食(雖然有少少宵夜/打冷feel)。墊底芽菜更加係神來之筆,美中不足係部分牛肉食落有少少潺🤔 🥚花甲蒸蛋,都幾滑嘅,不過就有少少沙。 🥬蒜茸龍鬚菜,本身少接觸龍鬚菜,食落幾好味咁啦。 🐟油浸筍殼魚,外皮香脆,肉質嫩滑。
