之前見雜誌介紹過哩間野..同家姐咁岩行過,就諗住買黎試下*諗住行著食蛋糕好麻煩,so就買包個d啦,我地食donut..我揀綠茶味*哩個係我食過最唔好食既donut 只有甜味,一d綠茶味都冇家姐食乜我唔記得左..都冇影到相..但我記得都係得甜味-o-'食食下先影係因為我要post上黎XDD

難得元朗出現法式餅店開張時經過發現賣相難以接受但因為只此一家又不想抹殺小店的存在價值一直經過都有留意著夠竟有沒有奇蹟出現或許有一天...或許我會抱欣賞心態光顧可惜...這一天還未等到友人生日...約好在元朗慶生連鎖餅店實在沒款式可選那...就不如給這店一個機會吧...一見到餅櫃已經不禁心沉了一下蛋糕外貌還是老樣子果蓉外層好似爛面血肉毛糊朱古力外層潮濕焦黑...一點也不見平滑水果像沉睡多時...淹淹一息macaron表面粗糙...顏色恐怖...朱古力色素脆異...且大部份成品都已經霜化唉...都行到入黎...而且又急需蛋糕慶生好不容易選了六件餅(去到你就會明白點解唔買一大個蛋糕><)下至上raspberry opera chocolate sacherNY cheesecakeopera green tea opera blueberry cheesecake整體除了NY cheesecake吃剩餅底通通都剩半件...................好過份丫點解d杏仁粉咁粗粗都唔過篩隔咁d走??蛋糕又鞋又古怪....cheesecake餅底竟然是軟身的...朱古力的味道不知何解地"假"另:店員的服務態度惡劣不過是想要一個生日牌竟然想喝止另一店員去拿強調要收大拿拿$5一個我說沒關係...店員拎左佢地自家制的恐怖朱古力(上面都是水點)唉...算了....不要了.........元朗區$2x一件餅的生意不是容易討來!你們素質不提昇服務又差我一定不會再花百元去買你的餅!美心都比這些東東更好><

This shop is the only patisserie in yuen long.I visited once about half a year ago.I was attracted by the chocolate truffle and macaron.There were only few types of cakes and not attractive enough.The chocolate truffle looked like the one from Tony Wong.Since I have not tried the one in Tony Wong before,I think this one was quite delicious.It was rich in chocolate and the texture is like jelly outside and there was concentrated chocolate cake inside.There were some chocolate sauce inside too.The macaron is caramel flavour.The outer layers were crispy and there was rich caramel flavour in the ingredients.However it was too sweet I think.And $10 per macaron!and now it is more expensive.I'd rather eat macaron in Paul Lafayet.The quality there is better.

這間靚裝餅店,去年10月與老公在它新開之際幫襯過,初訪感覺不錯;隔了幾週也帶同細妹去惠顧過堂食,當時很驚訝甜品很快由$20/件加價至$22-24/件,而且質素似乎不如首次,例如:朱古力泡芙塔($22)-特別的造型令兩姊妹一試,然而其質感一點不清脆甚至很硬,予人感覺是很不新鮮;塔身的的朱古力味也是怪怪的,應該是加了一些我辨認不到的酒,總之令人不敢恭維。我只吃了一口就放棄了!Blueberry cheesecake($24)-味道及質感都表現平穩,質素與首訪的NY cheesecake差不多,不過那麼快加價數元,令抵食度打了些折扣。時間過得很快,轉眼又4個月了,想想不如又給它多次機會? 就致電細妹,讓她買幾件餅帶來大歡喜,作為生日飯的加料甜品。原個的蛋糕沒可能吃得下啦,是晚只選了三件餅;搞笑是原來Jimi只得兩件裝或半打裝的外賣盒,遇上三件的訂單,就要以鈿盒+散袋處理,還好兩店地點很近,也沒有太大問題。其實壽星從來都不是甜魔,不過因有別致火機在場,也很樂於玩點蠟燭,甚至享受這過程更多於吹蠟燭! 而玩完一輪,壽星與三老(包括我老公..)都沒有多碰這幾件餅,它們的下場結果不出所料,幾乎全落我與細妹肚中...是晚三款餅都是細妹挑選的,首先試Chocolate banana cake,由外表看不出來的,原來蕉味都幾濃,然而朱古力味卻較淡,質感也不夠潤澤軟棉,配搭並沒有聖安娜的出色。細妹又重點Blueberry cheesecake,這次的芝士蛋糕有進步,芝味不算很濃郁但相當純淨,軟硬與質感亦很對辦,襯上恰當的藍莓醬,清甜不膩,幾好。最後一款是Hazelnut chocolate tart,可惜榛子味並不突出,朱古力片亦不夠甘濃,味道很一般。其實也欣賞小店經常推陳出新,然而新的產品往往未能盡如人意,值得留意改進,這兩次幫襯較喜歡的都只是傳統芝士餅。總的來說此餅店還要多加努力,才能滿足越來越挑剔的食客要求啊!

突然好想食macaron 醒起前幾日行過原來有呢間鋪頭都冇咩好大的期望 係元朗唯一的選擇買左4味macaron(芝士、芒果、藍莓同紅莓)唔算好好味 甜左少少又唔夠脆 藍莓已經係最好 因為得佢食得出有藍莓味之前睇過下面食評話opera好味 都算穩穩陣陣 好有咖啡味又夠濕最驚喜係栗子蛋糕 栗子蓉好夠滑 唔算好甜 蛋糕夠軟 敗筆係頂粒栗子 唔夠新鮮又太甜笑臉係比元朗內少有的非連鎖式餅店 東海堂以外的好選擇 希望佢地keep到啦
