好鍾意過世貿食野....因為同一個價錢,但係呢間魚一丁係對住海景架!!~係咪好似好抵呢!!!~今次又同琴琴gathering喇!~由於最先入到店內,所以好快就影左張環境相喇!~呢度最適合約埋朋友仔,一邊食一邊傾計...完全好RELAX!!~講左咁多....係時候叫野食先!~我同琴琴共同之選 --- 縵魚芝士反卷, 我好鍾意食芝士同縵魚ga,呢個配搭好正呀!!~其他壽司店都無呢款sushi ga!!~^^ 下一次我會再叫ga!~ 跟住叫熱盤先...芝士土豆雞塊,新鮮熱辣架!~燒汁響面頭,炸過的雞肉肉質好嫩吾鞋,又香脆可口。仲有我的至愛--芝士,混合燒汁同雞肉,好入味!~不過,以上兩樣都以芝士為配料,雖則食肥死我地,但美食當前,我們一於好少理!~食左一陣仲未覺飽,於是我地各自叫左魚生飯食....琴琴叫魚生雜錦飯; 我就叫魚子三文魚飯...好大碗,有飯飽肚的感覺寧捨吾同,而我同琴琴都覺得魚一丁的魚生好新鮮,一d筋都無!~正x4 食左一餐好滋味的午餐,已經覺得好滿足!~貪心的我地當然想將呢餐飯錦上添花la....於是share左一個黑芝麻雪糕球, 好香的黑芝麻味!!~

Went here for lunch today with my friend because of the high rankings on Openrice.Well, actually, kind of disappointed with this place because of the limited choices and expensive food. The food quality isn't very high either. I was very disappointed that they didn't even have any soft shell crab sushi or California roll sushi. They didn't even have 銀雪魚 set lunch! How disappointing!Anyway, my friend and I ordered the following: I went for the fish set lunch: the fish was really not so good. It was big alright, but had too many bones and was pretty hard to eat. The rice was ok, but there was no salad, which was again disappointingShe went for the tempura set lunch.We also went for the green tea cake as it was on promotion and cost just $13-$19. Anyway, it was delicious and had a strong green tea flavor with little red bean.All in all, I wouldn't come here very often as it is not very cheap - $100 per person and they don't have any of the stuff I like, such as sushi and cod fish set lunch, etc. The dessert here is good though. As for the service, it's just mediocre. Could be better and more hospitable.

女友想食日本餐, 想起之前的一個中午去過尖沙咀的魚一丁味道都唔差, 今晚就去食餐牌上的選擇都幾多, 相片又吸引, 未食已經流哂口水 我地食o左燒肉眼扒, 牛肋條豆腐, 日式煎蛋卷同一個六款的刺身拚盆燒肉眼扒係用一個好似胡椒午餐店的圓型鐵板DIY的, 不過此店的鐵板可能唔夠耐熱, 肉眼扒由始至終都無全熟 (大約一分鐘就唔再熱), 不過肉眼扒的味道好香, 油羔的部份給鐵板煎煎就已經香味撲鼻牛肋條豆腐只係牛肋骨肉伴一件大件的豆腐, 味道好淡, 一般日式煎蛋卷一客已經夠六個人食, 好大件的卷但整得幾軟熟, 不過估唔到咁大件, 差點食蛋都食飽, 唔駛食其他野整體感覺有一特色, 係調味方面好簡單, 但因為少油少鹽, 想健康的食, 此店係一個不錯之選擇

特製沙律: 蕃茄, 生菜, 蟹肉, 什錦魚生, 跟醬汁拌勻, 清新爽口日式煎蛋卷: 四件熱辣辣嘅燒玉子, 帶甜的味道很好中華冷麵飯團定食: 切絲的蟹柳.火腿.青瓜.蛋.洋蔥.肉. 跟冷麵撈在一起, 麵質煙韌;日式燒雞烏冬飯團定食: 同冷麵定食嘅兩件飯團一樣非壽司飯, 燒雞浸在湯中的, 烏冬彈牙好味;松花堂便當(華): 兩層盒, 主食是吞拿魚碎.蟹籽.三文魚片伴壽司飯, 另有燒雞, 燒魚, 炸蝦, 炸南瓜, 炸青椒, 炸魷魚, 什錦魚生沙律, 份量真的很足夠, 味道亦不錯全部定食及便當, 也附有酸瓜, 麵豉湯, 凍豆腐及飲品~

曾幾何時,當居食屋在香港大行其道時,其中表表者非「和民」和「魚一丁」莫屬。已經記不起對上一次在這兩間居食屋吃飯是何時了,是晚突然心血來潮想去吃,於是等女友放工後就去了銅鑼灣世貿中心的「魚一丁」。7月22日(星期三)晚,我們約九點左右來到,不用等位,但門口亦沒有知客,我們就直接進入店內,這裡裝修頗華麗。店內應該約八成滿,我們被女經理安排坐在一張四人檯。餐牌上食物種類大致沒變,選擇依然不少,我們合共點了以下食物:一丁三文魚卷:卷物內有芝士和牛油果外面再鋪上三文魚,三文魚不算新鮮,壽司飯總算軟綿,芝士幾濃味;北海道赤豚飯(定食):北海道赤豚飯的赤豚很難食,是四塊又乾又瘦又韌的豬扒,飯就尚可,反而附送的麵豉湯和漬物就比赤豚更好味;麵豉湯不是沖粉的,湯底清甜,漬物也醃得入味;吉列牛特式沙律:薄牛肉包著紅蘿蔔絲和芝士再炸,牛肉味不濃但尚算不韌,紅蘿蔔絲中和了油膩感,而所謂沙律祇是些切了絲的蘿蔔和青瓜再淋上少許醋汁;雞肉土豆芝士燒:雞肉很大塊,比雞球還要大,進食有點困難,再加上薯仔片和芝士,吃了一塊已經很飽滯,最後吃剩了兩件雞肉!整體上食物不是太突出但勝在質素穩定,環境坐得很舒服,偶然來一次也無妨!
