南대門在天文臺道有好幾間分店,由韓國人主理,口味正宗。每間分店都略有不同,是夜這間是南대門cuisine,晚市有燒肉韓食套餐,包括豬或牛燒肉、一至兩個主食,以及飲品。食燒肉最期待的是不同的韓式醃菜,南대門提供六個款式,有辣有不辣,味道不盡相同。板腱肉板腱肉厚切,肉質結實,肉味豐厚濃郁,可以捲上生菜泡菜同食,一口不同滋味。石鍋拌飯石鍋內整齊放入各種食材,趁石鍋熱得滋滋發聲時加入辣椒醬拌勻,放一段時間後形成飯焦,煙韌又脆口。韓式牛肋骨湯牛肋骨已去骨,肉質腍滑淋身,湯底鮮甜,拌上白飯,暖身飽肚。韓國梨汁及提子汁味道清甜,內有果肉,可解肉膩。

🇭🇰 Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀|Namdaemoon CuisineIf you are looking for a combo of KBBQ and Korean 🇰🇷 food, this restaurant is the place to go! Apart from some BBQ meats, you can also enjoy some traditional Korean food so that you won’t be too full from all the oily BBQ meats! 🍖 They have a couple different set menus with a combination of either pork or beef with 1 to 2 main dishes, and also 2 drinks! I tried the beef dinner set with 2 main dishes:•𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐩 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐥The chuck flap is very flavorful because of the marination! I recommend you grill it for only a while to enjoy the soft texture of them! 🤤•𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐭I love the sauce that is mixed with it and I always love the crispy bits made with the stone pot! 韓國街的南大門燒烤已開到五號店,以實力留住客人餐廳由韓國人主理,於門口已經受到老闆熱情招待店內設有多個卡位,私隱度高,而且坐得舒適韓式木系設計,簡約乾淨!主打多款傳統韓國料理及韓燒烤肉點菜後店家分別給了五款前菜及生菜籃慢慢等主菜LA排骨牛肉柔軟卻又不失彈性,搭配甘甜的醬油調味水冷麵伴有青瓜及雞蛋,酸酸甜甜,清新開胃又解膩韓式牛肋骨湯熱辣辣,濃郁湯底,肉質軟嫩,湯汁醇厚紫菜包飯餡料配搭得宜,紫菜新鮮,口感豐富

食韓國野真係會令人上癮,上次食完韓牛,忍唔住想再食,不過今次就揀食豬。係尖沙咀「韓國街」見呢間餐廳的BBQ晚市套餐都幾抵,$368就可以選一款豬肉(另有牛肉套餐)、主菜x2及飲品x2,決定入去嘗嘗。同樣地甫入座就奉上5款韓式前菜小食,酸酸辣辣的泡菜絕對係我至愛,辣生菜及椰菜花都幾好味。燒烤的肉食我們選了醬醃上肩肉,兩大塊,肉質結實,吃起來不油膩,烤至微焦後,外皮香脆,內裡依然保有肉汁,用生菜、泡菜及辣醬包埋一齊食超滿足。兩款主食則叫了辣海鮮豆腐湯及石鍋拌飯,海鮮湯有有蝦、蜆做配料都幾有鮮味,有大量滑嫩豆腐,辣度適中,湯底濃郁;石鍋拌飯色彩繽紛配菜好多,紫菜、雞蛋、牛肉、芽菜及紅蘿蔔絲等,拌勻一齊食,滋味有層次,最下面仲有少量飯焦,夠香口。套餐飲品則可選汽水或韓式罐裝飲品,梨汁清爽可口,提子汁微甜芳香。另外單點的蜜糖牛油蒜蓉炸雞$130真心好食,雞件炸到外皮超級脆,好乾身所以可沾滿蜜糖牛油粉,雞肉肉質嫩滑入口有蒜蓉香,仲有大量粗切大條薯條作配菜。

呢間餐廳叫做南大門5號,因為其實都好多分店,代表一定好食啦!今日就同朋友一齊來到尖沙咀食dinner。呢到除左好食,其實都超級高cp值!係呢邊必點就係個BBQ晚市套餐,有豬or牛選擇,價錢差$20-30到,主要分別就係要1個定兩個主菜,另外包兩個飲品。我地呢次要左牛肉set ,$388 包烤牛肉,兩個主菜同兩杯飲品。烤牛肉我哋要咗我最鍾意嘅LA galbi,而主菜就要咗韓式牛肋骨湯同埋石鍋拌飯。烤牛肉個肉質厚度剛剛好,絕對唔會鞋,口感一流,自己烤可以控制自己想要嘅熟度,同埋佢本身都醃製好,所以味道都好好食。加埋任添加嘅拌菜,真係好有地嘅感覺。最重要就係呢度烤爐嘅抽煙做得好好,食完之後唔會覺得成身好臭。呢度嘅拌菜竟然有茄子,係我好鍾意,但係喺香港亦都比較少見嘅一種。而且呢度嘅泡菜都係比較酸,超好味。石鍋拌飯超大份!真係食到有飯焦,加埋麻油味好香,因為朋友叫咗辛辣餃子麵,我將啲辣汁跟埋個石鍋拌飯食真係勁開胃。
