I come here whenever I dont feel like eating a lot. This place is under the escalator to Soho.They have several choices of soup (pork bone/ prawn) and ramen (thick/thin/hard/soft) to choose from and you can add ingredients as you please (addtional noodles/egg/seaweed/cha siu/prawn). Had the Prawn Soup Ramen ($110) today. The Soup is awesome, not too salty, and despite only one, prawn was also pretty decent too. Recommended.

第一次食,抱住試既心態夏天成三十幾度,好需要凍水,但冰機壞左,得熱茶。 豬骨湯底,個湯底咸,但唔夠豬骨味。超級多蔥,肉好吃 。淋度剛剛好 ! 蝦湯底下次可以一試,成間鋪都好香。

星期日去PMQ,想去嘅幾間餐廳都冇開,朋友話好耐冇食拉麵,就入咗呢度試下。叫咗大蝦湯麵,可以揀蝦湯或者豬骨湯,咁我當然揀前者啦。麵一黎到就飲啖湯先,有蝦嘅甜味,但比起一虎嘅海老虎湯麵淡好多,溫度亦唔夠熱。至於麵,要了硬嘅幼麵,煮得啱啱好,係我想要嘅,掛到湯汁!配料嘅大蝦有羔而且幾爽甜;厚切嘅豚肉好爽唔油膩,但唔知係咪師傅將佢用焗爐焗完就放喺麵上面,我覺得啲肉同碗湯麵有種分離感,唔夠match;糖心蛋中規中矩;蔥段有齊大細兩種,都幾少有,而且令個湯頭香d;貢菜鹹鹹爽爽同個湯都幾夾。我對湯頭嘅要求好高,所以呢碗麵味道只係合格,但價錢唔平,所以到此一遊就夠喇。

去過呢間店舖幾次, 佢地當然有令人滿意同需改善的地方.但總體來講都好好.滿意地方:- 蝦湯底放足料, 特別係個蝦肉湯拉麵, 好新鮮! - 麵條粗幼同硬度可任意選擇- 炸蠔好吃- 好靜, 無論11:30am 或 6pm來都冇咩人需改善地方: - 物價太貴. 一碗拉麵都要起碼$80 到 $110 (不過在中環食野都差5多要呢個價錢)- 冇咩更多湯麵(只有蝦湯同豬骨湯拉麵)同小食選擇希望佢地從以上可以做出改善啦, 好食嘅拉麵店舖認真5係好多!

本來想去蘇豪食越南粉,點知撞正公司高層,薯蓉隊長為免食到周身唔志在,於是行落d繼續搵食,見到對面馬路有間紅噹噹既餐廳,好搶眼,於是衝左入去食。被安排坐係bar檯,見到眼前有幾棵寫住「博多蔥」,咦!叫個香蔥拉麵先,本來想食豬骨湯拉麵,不過落單時,侍應講左句「我地呢到出名食蝦湯,要唔要試下?」好啦,轉駄食蝦湯!碗麵一放係面前已經聞到好大陣蝦味,而且碗麵比我想像中多蔥,鍾意食蔥既就覺得好正,因為可以啖啖湯都有蔥,飲一啖湯,入口已經好大陣蝦味,不過佢就唔係濃湯果種好杰身既質地,所以雖然第一啖好濃蝦味,過左陣已經好似無晒味。要讚一讚個麵,我揀左普通麵身,煮得剛好,唔好過硬/太軟,而且無皂水味(係呀,試過食一碗勁種皂水味既日本拉麵😰)同埋佢個湯都唔係好油,唔會食完好滯。原來佢有杯麵出,不過唔知香港店有無得賣呢?
