Within its nostalgia-rich interiors, generous portions of pasta, steak and signature dishes like meatballs and the chicken parmesan satisfy appetites. It’s no surprise that Carbone has swiftly become a favorite dining destination. 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙙𝙤A fresh and vibrant start. Sliced tuna emanates a rich, aromatic grease lifted by pickled and charred eggplant, and mint leaves. Subtle textures blend seamlessly in each morsel. 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞 𝙑𝙤𝙙𝙠𝙖 (7.5/10) As a signature dish, it features a creamy, spicy, and bright tomato-based sauce made with vodka. The sauce gets its kick from the use of Calabrian chili peppers, which add a smoky, fruity, and slightly salty heat to the dish. Definitely a must try. 一直想試間蘭桂坊嘅餐廳不過聽講話佢嘅份量頗大最好多人一齊去食先開心今次同屋企人揀咗嚟呢度慶祝生日屋企有老人家怕佢好靜嘅西餐廳因為佢哋驚講嘢大聲會騷擾到其他人呢間餐廳就冇呢個問題成間餐廳氣氛非常熱鬧一入到去大部份都係外國人到訪當日係閑日都完全爆滿甚至有兩輪枱每張枱都會送上麵包籃亦會跟上幾塊ham麵包嘅份量都幾多每人都會有三件佢哋嘅肉丸推介必食仲有spicy Rigatoni vodka好有咬口少少辣辣哋Ribeye 偏貴食食下亦都會有一架芝士車推埋嚟跟住又會送你一碟芝士最尾甜品時候又會有另一架甜品車推埋嚟有四款蛋糕揀蛋糕都頗大件埋嘅時候侍應攞咗支lemoncello送我哋每人一杯

The spicy pasta is my favorite and its not too spicy but spicy lover might like it. The steak was great and the sauce on top is very nice with baked and fried potatoes. The appetizer is nice with garlic bread and the cheese.辣味意粉係我最鍾意嘅,唔算太辣,但愛辣嘅人可能會鍾意。牛扒好好食,頂上嘅醬汁同烤同炸嘅薯仔好配。開胃菜有蒜蓉包同芝士,好好味。
