Went to this French resto with my friends to celebrate her end of semester. .We ordered the menu set, which consisted of Green Salad with Walnuts, Trimmed Entrecote Steak and French Fries. The salad was fresh and the walnuts added to the texture. With the yuzu vinegar, the salad tasted sweet and sour, which enhanced one's appetite. We ordered the Trimmed Entrecote Steak cooked to medium rare. Served with their special house sauce, Bernaise sauce, the steak was meticulously seasoned. It was tender and paired well with the sauce. A candle was placed below the plate to ensure the steak stay warm. The French Fries were unlimited. They were quite crispy, but a bit salty for me. We then got Mille Feuille for dessert. Displayed delicately, the dessert had a balanced layers of crunchy puff pastry and cream. Each bite was delightful. .It was a bit strange that their manager gave us a different last order time, which confused us. Additionally, it was amusing that the waiter kept asking if we wanted a refill of fries, even though our plates were already filled with fries😂.

之前見到有優惠,所以第一次食呢間好出名嘅La Vache,去左中環呢間,因為覺得比較有feel。一行入去就覺得整體氣氛好好,燈光同氛圍都做得好唔錯。前菜有麵包配牛油🥖同沙律🥗,酸酸地令你更加開胃,唔錯👍🏻去到main course主角牛排🥩,叫左Medium,點知出到黎勁生,食落同睇落似Medium Rare咁,仲要有好多筋同肥膏,所以頭幾舊食得好辛苦😓又咬唔開又吞唔落食左幾舊牛扒+ 薯條🍟之後,真係頂唔順,唯有用下面個蠟燭🕯️嘅熱力幫牛扒煮熟啲。問左個staff攞多個蠟燭,結果佢攞左個人地用剩少少嘅蠟燭俾我… 無言😶呢個真係嚴重扣分位‼️咁大間餐廳,唔係開多個蠟燭都唔捨得丫嘛…用蠟燭熱力加持嘅牛扒,感覺係好啲,但係都係feel到好生,唯有叫staff攞入去廚房再整熟啲。結果真係好好多😭唔知點解Medium都可以生到咁,入面係全紅。隔離檯叫Rare,我見到成盤牛扒都係血水,好似茹毛飲血咁…😰去到最後個甜品,叫左:檸檬蛋白撻,雲呢拿芝士蛋糕配藍莓醬。兩個都幾好👍🏻係食到最後有啲太甜同檸檬蛋白撻有啲太酸😝整體感覺還好,未至於去到好好食嘅地步,以牛扒undercooked,太多筋太多肥膏,同埋攞人地第二檯用剩嘅蠟燭俾我黎講,唔會再食第二次🫡

第一次黎食,唔駛揀食乜,淨係講要幾成熟就得,夠專注,我欣賞,亦好岩啲選擇障礙嘅人 。先黎左個好硬好硬嘅麵包,牛油係軟屬的,唔會雪到硬晒,然後再上埋有果仁嘅沙律🥗 配左黑醋同橄欖油 。終於等到主菜—medium rare嘅牛扒🤤🤤🤤佢下面會有個蠟燭底坐,為免啲牛扒凍哂唔好食,一望啲扒色好靚,好juicy,燒得剛剛好,又唔鞋,又唔韌 。跟手個侍應就夾埋呢到都好出名嘅薯條🍟 又真係好香好有薯仔味,只可惜凍左,同埋今晚可能太忙,個侍應服務都幾rude。之後因為我地坐係酒吧枱前面,咁岩佢問我地啲野好唔好食,我地就話好食,只係想啲薯條熱啲,跟手廚房就出一碟新炸起有溫度嘅薯條🥹 係真係好食好多 。最後可能因為人多,冷氣開大,所以就算有蠟燭啲牛扒都有啲凍左,即時無咁好食,所以下次都係趁熱食左先,薯條可以後追加 。
