香港食日本嘢真係好貴午餐Menu嘅海鮮刺身丼 如圖所見份量唔慷慨,每款刺身都有少少咁樣,不過真係好薄好滿足,但其實都唔多,不過我本身唔食得多飯,所以食完唔飽合理鋪好薄的飯蝦好味 不過得一隻要慢慢㗳🥹朋友過10款是日刺身丼,哇啲貝殼類真係超薄,帶子好薄 筆記背一片鮑魚兩薄片,同埋除咗油甘魚厚少少之外,其他都切得好薄嘅魚生…..好難滿足吧 唔算特別鮮味啦 鯛魚口感OK 呢個set成為158 配菜嘅南瓜唔錯,次次都鍾意食呢個178 嗰篇魷魚真係食咗都冇 睇吓佢半透明幾薄唔識分呢幾隻魚不過真係超少嗌咗個$108嘅海鮮煲 睇落好似好豐富,但係肚入面見到嘅嘢就係全部,個鍋係超級無敵淺薄….其實睇過匙羹導致,根本水都姐唔到一半個匙羹我揼咗嚿南瓜落去哈哈蔬菜份量非常少 底下仲有少少粉絲~呢個鍋主要係好好味,但係嗰啲蝦同埋都係冇乜肉 繼續閱讀

自己本身係沙田返工,收工都比較晏約咗朋友食嘢通常都會去九龍塘,貪佢比較近,今日嚟開,都唔知食咩好,經開呢一間千両,記得都幾好食,所以就入咗去啦當時晚市8:00左右,唔使排隊,唔多人,坐嘅環境非常之舒服,寬敞,坐嘅係四人卡位。而兩個人就叫咗一set壽司食,一嚟到個賣相都幾吸引,望落都係新鮮嘅,有好多唔同嘅款式嘅壽司,而每款都有兩舊,所以兩個人食係啱啱好,自己最鍾意食係三文魚子壽司,口感超級好,亦都感受到佢好新鮮 繼續閱讀

I recently visited a Japanese restaurant in Festival Walk with my wife during lunch time and had the daily special seafood sashimi set, which was absolutely fantastic! The freshness of the sashimi was remarkable; each piece melted in my mouth and was bursting with flavor. The variety included in the set was impressive, showcasing the quality of the seafood they use. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. They were quick to serve and ensured we had everything we needed, even during the busy lunch hour. The atmosphere was lively, but it did feel a bit crowded, which is expected at peak times. However, the vibrant energy added to the dining experience. I also noticed that the hygiene standards were commendable, making me feel comfortable while enjoying my meal. 我時常說,不論任何菜色好已贏在起跑線,尤其吃日本料理就是吃食材,食材新鮮程度决定生死。隨而來之就是厨師们手藝,店內衛生程度,前線人員服務態度,環境装修等。晚餐時段入內,全場近百個位只得三位前堂員工做落單,執位上菜做水吧結賬,還能笑面迎人我巳覺得很好,自問若是我肯定爆粗。可惜這的是食材可說是強差人意,厨師手藝只可說末入流,尤其處理刺身這些海鮮食物,刀法末夠班反會破壞食材味道,這裡的刺身返刀甚多導致魚身呈碎片感。食材只是有其形冇其實,厨師手藝末夠成熟。這店能在此多年也不倒,不是比其它食店優勝,只是沒有選擇。 繼續閱讀
