入到黎係一個寬闊乾淨既環境好好坐低之後侍應比左好多個MENU黎TEA SET,飲品,主餐牌人人一份!LYCHEE MOCKTAIL。中規中距最後食左3樣野都係水準以上第一個係大蝦露荀意大利麵好足料好多蝦,又鮮又彈牙意大利麵煮得有咬口,煙煙韌韌仲有好多露荀,蕃茄橄欖調味。有一條蒜茸包。又香口又脆。好出色跟隨係個小食拼盆排得好吸引,好多選擇有三文魚卷,炸洋蔥/魷魚圈,雞翼,夾餅樣樣都好入味,洋蔥/魷魚圈,雞翼都好脆配上唔同既醬好惹味個TEA SET都係有三文魚卷,炸洋蔥/魷魚圈黎到又係賣相一流佢比小食拼盆多左個自選PIZZA同甜點火焰雪山檸檬撻,草莓馬卡龍同CREAM PUFF我最欣賞火焰雪山檸檬撻,蛋白微甜曲奇底香口又鬆化。入口配埋入面酸度岩岩好既檸檬夾心真係整得好好好有驚喜佢樣樣單件都有水準唔會馬虎好好食好享受既一餐! 繼續閱讀

一早去到港島開工,忙忙忙到早餐、LUNCH都無時間食,一路踩到3時多,真係就嚟暈低難得嚟到港島,就搵岩岩嚮HKU附近收工、同病相憐無食LUNCH的友人食個TEA友人推薦哩間GE TEA SET,話可以食到好飽,補返無食的咁多餐個SET包一個appetizer platter,有crostini with mozzarella cheese, tomato and parma ham、smoked salmon rolls、almond and parsley crusted calamari、bermuda onion rings、crispy chicken wingsCrostini配料份量岩岩好,parma ham香+mozzerella cheese質感+tomato甜=好味!(太肚餓,淨係記得單影哩個)Smoked salmon rolls勁有驚喜,因為有casper同好似有cheese嚮roll入面,一啖入口,salmon quality 好靚 Calamari好脆同好多,食唔停口!Onion rings就一般,無咩特別咁,不過要讚個BBQ sauce (我初初以為係茄醬),同D炸嘢好match!Chicken wings個外層皮有好多香料粉,好香好味,不過D肉無入到味,可惜!SET的main dish 係自選pizza,我地點左parma ham with mushroom pizza(因為友人話去親wildfire都只會食哩個pizza,最好的combination,別無他選)我最愛薄皮pizza,夠熱夠脆,mushroom係勁香果種,友人真係無推薦錯SET的dessert有coffee cream puff, lemon tart, strawberry macaroon我就無咩食力,D甜點大部份都係友人清晒(佢應該真係好餓) ,我淨係食左個puff,普普通通,個cream唔夠濃友人就讚個lemon tart唔會太酸,tart底唔會過厚,macaroon就話無expect過d咩,勝在粒strawberry夠甜! 個SET仲包埋TEA/COFFEE/SOFT DRINK可能因為成日都無過野,坐到入嚟個人凍凍地,我就點左HOT COFFEE,友人就HOT LEMON WATER,要讚就係我個COFFEE係serve warm milk with foam,加左分!個SET $198 + 10% service charge,哩個係Weekend價,平日就$158,食到咁飽,飽到晚飯都唔洗食,都算係咁啦! 繼續閱讀

I stopped by the other day after failing to find a different restaurant in the area. I was seated in a comfortable armchair in a table right by the window (and it was a quite nice day outside). They even had a newspaper for me to read. I ordered the cajun chicken pizza. Now, normally I don't depart from my old standby: pepperoni. Unfortunately, that wasn't on the menu, and nothing else really jumped out at me.The pizza crust was tasty and crispy but not burnt. I'd rate it better than Pizza Express, and pretty high up there just in general. 9/10The sauce was Romesco rather than tomato sauce. I typically think "Spanish" when I hear "Romesco" but apparently it's also a cajun thing. I thought it was pretty good. 7/10There was one large-ish slice of chicken per slice of pizza. The chicken was tender and flavorful. 8/10Also, the pizza actually had some spice to it-- effected, it seems, by a liberal use of crushed red pepper (and I added some more myself). If you're looking for a cheesy, greasy, sloppy slice of pizza (and I often am), this isn't really the place to go. It's higher-end fancy stuff. Still, it's good for what it is. I wish the pizza selection were larger. I will say that you get more pizza for less money than Pizza Express (comparing my last two trips, $135 at wildfire and $180 at PE), and the atmosphere is nicer. Overall: 8/10 繼續閱讀

這幾晚特冷,加上一直屈在家溫習,寂寞的心也就更加寒冷了.不想被那四幅窗困住,但也不能走太遠,所以就去了家附近的Wildfire吃個晚餐,算是緩衝一下.其實也來過不少次了,這裡的定位雖然有點矇糊,像是美式燒烤但又有點別的,但在般咸道來算已經算是很不錯的西餐廳,起碼吃的不是垃圾,價錢合理又坐得舒服.也許是大家肚子餓了,也可能是天氣太冷了,所以一連點了號幾款相當重份量的食物,為肚子在這寒冷的天氣下注入一點溫暖.坐下未點食物,先來一杯冬天特飲Honey Ginger Apple Cider,薑味不算很強,但溫熱的蘋果甜汁加上蜂蜜,和一點點的肉桂粉,就是非常暖胃的寒冬特飲,啜喝著人也暖和起來. 先來的頭盤有burrata cheese和caesar salad.前者被切角的番茄和火箭菜包圍,三種顏色互相輝映,相當吸引.Burrata切開後裡面的芝士緩緩流出,看得令人心曠神宜;味道帶芝士酥香,但又不會咸得令人受不了-奶味輕柔的,在舌頭上溶化的感覺相當美妙.相反那番茄肉厚但不太香甜,巴馬火腿也欠點油脂,相比之下顯得失色了. 凱撒沙律是愛吃的種類,這裡的是傳統口味,但醬汁沒下鯷魚乾,所以欠缺一抹咸鮮,感覺平面一些,當是吃菜好了. 也點了一客磨菇松露湯分享,用的只是松露油所以香味欠奉,當是磨菇湯好了.湯身非常濃杰,口感起顆粒狀的非常實在,但調味好像差了點點,是不是胡椒粉下得不夠呢? 主菜非常眼闊肚窄的點了三款,先到的有pizza,要了New Orelands口味的,其實是基本的辣肉腸,芝士,茄醬之上再加入olive和炒蒜,所以香香的,水欖的酸味也能平衡整體的油膩感.薄餅底不算很厚,帶點煙韌的也有麵粉香,不錯.唯一問題是薄餅烤得不夠乾身,下面的碟子又不透氣,所以放得久了會有倒汗水,影響薄餅口感. Spaghetti with chicken fillets,意粉雖煮得過稔了點,但幸好可以掛住偏杰的忌廉番茄汁,每口都是惹味香.但那幾片雞肉還是乾瘦無味,算是美中不足之處吧. Bbq pork ribs,是我們來這裡最喜歡點的其中一款,這次也沒令我們失望了:豬肋骨應該是由生烤到熟,而不是先煮熟肉芯再拿去烤表面,風味差很遠呢.肉質鬆化,味道也濃郁,上面的燒烤醬香得來不會甜得涸喉,伴碟的薯仔也粉綿好吃,整體相當令人滿意. 難得出外一次,不吃點咸的總不成事.這裡的甜品選擇不多,但幾款都是喜歡吃的,最後帶點艱難的點了客Chocolate torte.漆黑的朱古力餅上放著一球朱古力雪糕,四邊又圍著焦糖橙肉,賣相不再平庸.朱古力餅的可可味相當濃郁,幸好也不是濃得牛油味又重質感又濕潤那麼誇張,是我也能接受的程度,加上又點香橙的果甜平衡,所以不會太膩.上面的雪糕也同樣精彩,味道濃郁得來帶點朱古力脆片在其中,質感豐富起來,也令那朱古力餅生色不少,為這頓晚餐畫上令人非常滿足的甜美句號. 飽餐一頓,又是時候回家繼續奮鬥了-還有一星期就可以了,現在要努力做到最好,反正也是最後一星期要讀這些惱人的東西,何不盡最大的努力燃燒自己?-當時的我,是這樣推動自己的. 繼續閱讀

Not sure quite the cuisine they are going for I want to say International but it felt more like a hodge podge of nothing and the decor was lacking in interest. Also there was not enough to choose from on the menu. We got a pizza which was OK but have had better and some calamari to start that was a little too bready and the dipping sauce was mediocre. I felt too when the bill came that our meal was very pricey and felt very much ripped off. I did however order for home delivery from them once and I will say the "special sets" were well prepared and value for the money and large portions good for leftovers. All in all I will not go back to the actual restaurant but I will order delivery from them when I am not in the mood to cook. 繼續閱讀
