這間面包店寫明不收一,二毫的。但定價卻有$5.5的面包。至於不收的原因是不能找續給客人, 莫明奇妙的。至於面包, 普普通通。價錢算經濟, 但如果不是旁邊的面包店結業我也不會到這間面包店買面包。 繼續閱讀

同事間中會買請我食,小妹超like呢間餅店出品的核桃酥。核桃酥夠新鮮、微甜而鬆化,店家肯定用了豬油,更為香口酥脆,上面一小粒核桃粒聊勝於無、更有畫龍點睛之妙。一邊吃,一邊用手拾回不斷掉下來的碎碎,超正﹗雖則較油膩,且不健康,但偶一食之,未嘗不可﹗用透明膠盒盛載,簡潔方便。三層啡色酥皮,每層中間夾著雪白奶油和核桃粒,層次分明而實淨,賣相頗為ok。一咬,唉,唔新鮮、唔脆口,且帶有油膱味,難吃﹗仲賣$9咁貴…… 繼續閱讀

路過此家餅店多次,每每都被餅櫃內俊秀餅食所著迷是次,未吃午飯,肚子餓著,終按捺不住,進內花費一筆林琅滿目的包餅,使人眼花繚亂,真想全部購下品賞....掙扎良久,選了貌無驚人處的椰撻雖沒紅櫻桃點綴,但卻顯得君子般素雅,外貌姣好,堂堂正正此椰撻較以住包店所吃的大型,結結實實的,不失為其所付聞到的是椰撻絲絲的椰香氣咬一口,鬆軟但不會太過濕潤,椰絲不多,微甜而不膩,更令人喜出望外的是,居然帶帶有陣陣香蕉甜香,曲奇餅底亦香濃鬆脆,不失為曲奇典範。如此樸素美好的椰撻,有幸品嘗,得以心滿意足。 繼續閱讀

於灣仔道近鵝頸橋這一邊,在很短的距離內有兩間餅店,這裡是其中一間。很多時路過這餅店,我都會買點曲奇或者芝士蛋糕回家吃。提子曲奇大大的一件,只售$3.5,放在保暖爐內賣,所以拿在手裡還是暖暖的。在曲奇還暖的時候吃,香氣會濃一點,但吃起來不夠脆。所以我通常會等一會待曲奇涼了後,吃起來便脆脆的。曲奇的牛油味不重,勝在有提子乾提昇口感,作為小食吃起來也不錯。紐約芝士蛋糕這次的芝士蛋糕好像有點失手,焗得不夠金黃。本身這個芝士蛋糕的芝士味不濃,但質感還算滑。回到家中加一點Cheesess的果醬一起吃,吃來加了一點紅酒香和酸酸的雜莓味,整體上的味道好了不少。 繼續閱讀
