平時過開嚟銅鑼灣食拉麵通常係去登龍街，今日就過到嚟加路連山道呢邊試吓呢間拉麵。-叫咗個豚骨拉麵試吓，呢度就唔似其他拉麵店咁，可以揀粗麵定幼麵，或者揀瘦叉燒定肥叉燒，作為食客就覺得冇咁開心 ，始終可以揀返自己鍾意食嘅麵會合適啲。-湯底都算唔錯，豚骨味都夠香，但未去到好濃郁。叉燒好大塊，而且肥瘦比例幾好，食完都覺得好滿足。仲有啲筍做配菜，加多左一層口感。-豚骨拉麵基本上都做得唔錯，下次嚟可以試吓雞白湯。

One of the best chicken broths you can have. Definitely recommend that and the spicy ramen, very authentic taste coming straight behind this traditional Japanese noodle bar. Great picks in terms of the noodle base, multiple options of add ons. Spicy sprouts match perfectly with the soup, blending with the combination of hot soup and other side dishes is outstanding. Impressive handling with their pork, combines with the strong flavor of the soup base, giving the ramen a well-adjusted balance.

搵位度：🌟🌟好食度：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食度：🌟🌟🌟都真係去咗好幾次，基本上次次都要等位，唔好以為條隊短就等得快，有時真係等好耐。次次去都會食唔同嘅拉麵，早期試嗰啲沾麵啊，或者味噌，覺得只係中上。後期食到雞白湯真係返唔到轉頭，如果淨係諗住食一次，咁真係要食雞白湯。雞湯濃郁之餘都好有雞湯味，舊雞應該係慢煮啲friend，極度鮮嫩，配合埋個湯真係非常之好味。另外嚿肉可能係慢煮叉燒啲friend，口感有啲似Parma Ham，都好配合個湯。個人口味囉，唔排除有啲人會覺得鹹。

The food is okay, but the service is terrible. The attitude of the staff is really bad…. They don’t really bother taking you to seats and forced you stand up once you finished even thought your friend is still eating. Not a very good experience.
