Seeing websites introduce this tarts store, I decided to go for a try with friends. We ordered 3 tarts to eat and 4 take-away. Personally, I prefer to eat there right away since the tarts will be very crispy and fresh. The owner makes only a little amount of tarts at a time to keep the freshness and crispy of the tarts. Matcha is certificated by Japan, this tart is not a very sweet tart, the slight bitter taste of Matcha combined with the sesame taste pretty good!

This tart tastes amazing! the strawberry jelly tastes sweet and refreshing, combining with the vanilla mousse and a crumble bottom makes the tart excel in appetite and texture.

Coffee Crème Brûlée tarteThe coffee flavor is very very rich in this tart, I believe no coffee lover can resist the taste of this tart, Thibaut told us it takes 24 hours to make the coffee beans merge the flavor into the cream. Definitely worth a try if you are a coffee lover (I am).
