朋友曾推介泰園,不過可惜一直未有空去品嚐。近期,佢係灣仔新開了分店,終於有機會去品嘗啦~從港鐵灣仔站A3出口,步行約8分鐘,都幾易搵。甫進食店,就係冰冷海鮮區。坐位寬闊,可以輕鬆享受進食。未點菜,先上茶-泰式香矛茶,等同中國涼茶,具驅風及消濟之作用,不過要注意,懷孕媽媽及低血糖人仕唔飲得!淡淡香矛味,因為幾鍾意香矛茶既味道,所以貪了幾杯。前菜先點了三色拼盤($148),包括蝦餅,魚餅及春卷各兩件。春卷最好味,香脆可口。而魚餅稍為較重香矛味,蓋過了原有味道。半打新鮮生蠔($128),超級推介!肉積肥厚,海水味同蠔味層次感重,入口會先嘗到其海水味,然後蠔味隨之而起。因為怕辣,所以點了泰式海鮮清湯($98/小,$188/大),要了一個小的,足夠2-3人份量。滿滿的海鮮及西芹,陣陣西芹味,幾開胃。之後先知原來可以選擇辣度,下次會嘗試下飲其他湯。泰國特製豬手($148),因為實在難將豬手與泰國菜混為一談,所以被其名字吸引而點的菜式。賣相與台灣滷水豬手看似差不多,但原來製造過程繁複先先炸香再炇至軟身,豬手及香料相互混和,單食或配白飯一流。全餐至愛可算係香茅炸盲鰽魚($208),不過因為盲鰽魚售罄,
