見到銅鑼灣又有新嘅燒肉,擺盤幾靚仔。最鍾意食燒肉嘅我收工當然去試吓。刺生生牛肉他他:食法創新又特別,可以自己選擇落咩配料朋友唔食蔥就啱晒。生牛肉他他上邊有日本蛋、三文魚籽、京蔥,青松青檸、岩鹽同埋Wasabi😍我嘅食法係全部溝埋一齊。店員教我地首先要將紫菜喺火上面燒一燒,咁樣會更加脆口好味。我最期待嘅大阪城五點,入邊有幾款唔同嘅和牛超抵食三百幾蚊兩個人分享,另外仲有超大件牛舌,厚厚切yummy 和牛肋條勁有驚喜,再加埋超爆油脂既A4鹿兒島牛肉。蔥月見燒和牛薄切,用上日本和牛三筋位置。燒完之後點埋蔥好好味。另外點左薄切蔥山牛舌,發覺我哋真係超級鍾意食牛舌鹽蒜小牛排、牛味勁濃而且醬汁配搭得唔錯,蒜頭同埋鹽既配搭令到牛嘅味道更加昇華。
