「陳儀興尚潮樓」的店名有點長又疑似名字頗特別,重點在「尚潮」這兩個字,時尚的潮菜正合我意,果然被我估中,「陳儀興尚潮樓」集傳統及時尚手法烹調菜式,且不乏手工菜;猜不到的是原來已扎根香港六七十年,起源於新蒲崗及一直活躍於九龍區,所以抱歉我從前不認識,現在終於在香港區開店了、英皇道1001號這新商廈內。這晩我們一行7人浩浩蕩蕩預先訂了手工菜,很期待!餐前餐後皆有送上潮州茶,老闆慷慨用上單叢茶,濃郁味甘。滷水鵝六寶 $488鵝肝、鵝腸、鵝肉、鵝掌、鵝翼與鵝蛋獨門祕製百年滷水再加上獅頭鵝,冇得輸!鵝腸爽,鵝肉味濃,質感柔軟,非常入味;鵝肝更是我的至愛,細緻粉棉,入口即化!咁大隻鵝蛋我未見過,非正宗獅頭鵝的蛋莫屬!生醃膏蟹 時價 $688生醃膏蟹你夠唔夠膽食?咁多紅椒、青椒及蒜頭,醃製超過廿四小時,乜嘢菌都殺哂啦!最緊要蟹是新鮮的,選材來自泰國。生蟹肉晶瑩剔透,入口即化,細軟非常,充滿香辛及酒香,味道剛好,我唔客氣啦,吃了幾件!魚露浸花蛤 $297魚露花蛤我亦很喜歡,我向來喜歡魚露的酒香,今晚的花蛤不知來自何方,非常大隻,肉厚脹卜,鮮嫩味美,但有少少沙!手工清金鯉蝦 $65/只繁複的手工菜,先將
