呢度地方唔係話係好方便,諗住唔會好多人,也許因為始終呢日係假期,茶客比想像中多,都差不多滿座。我吔有預先訂座,經過走廊同一個大魚缸,被安排到一個大廳入面嘅二人枱,啱啱好係貼牆位,唔會太受其他茶客影響。每枱都有小食,放得幾精緻,左右兩旁係有小許辣嘅豆腐乾同好似加咗啲糖嘅車厘茄,幾開胃。而中間就有XO醬。聽聞呢度啲叉燒酥都唔錯,加上而家唔係間間中菜館都有。果然唔錯,夠脆口,又唔會太多醬。趁熱食會更好味!友人想食鳳爪,就又試下呢度啲水準,果然酒店係唔同啲,鳳爪係鮮製,唔係一般酒樓炸過嗰種,更鮮味,還如常地伴有花生,好入味。要留意係要趁熱食,放耐咗啲汁會變咗啫喱狀。平時嘅都係叉燒腸,呢度個名就好似好級啲,味道原來都真係唔同啲,好有豚肉味,腸粉皮亦好薄,唔係好鐘意食叉燒腸嘅我都覺得好好味!見到呢個係冬菇形狀,即刻要每人一個,佢嘅像真度都算高,連個桱都好似,只係聞都好香野菌味,真係有啲似聞緊隻冬菇,原來係佢入面嘅松露好香,而餡都有唔少。好味!除咗一般燒賣外,呢度仲有鮑魚燒賣,但係一隻一客,我吔就試咗一客。鮑魚都唔係話好低質素嘅,燒賣又唔會好濃味咁搶咗鮑魚味。唔錯!最後一個點心,竟然係最失望嘅,首先

友人想食鳳爪,就又試下呢度啲水準,果然酒店係唔同啲,鳳爪係鮮製,唔係一般酒樓炸過嗰種,更鮮味,還如常地伴有花生,好入味。要留意係要趁熱食,放耐咗啲汁會變咗啫喱狀。

平時嘅都係叉燒腸,呢度個名就好似好級啲,味道原來都真係唔同啲,好有豚肉味,腸粉皮亦好薄,唔係好鐘意食叉燒腸嘅我都覺得好好味!

除咗一般燒賣外,呢度仲有鮑魚燒賣,但係一隻一客,我吔就試咗一客。鮑魚都唔係話好低質素嘅,燒賣又唔會好濃味咁搶咗鮑魚味。唔錯!

最後一個點心,竟然係最失望嘅,首先以為會係用盅上,同埋食落去唔係好夠味,只有一隻餃子同一片魚翅,冷氣比較凍嘅關係亦好快就唔熱。

Other Info. :
我吔被安排嘅係喺入面嘅一間房,行入嚟前見走廊兩旁都放滿枱,感覺好似高級啲,每枱都另有小架子放茶壺同其他餐具,靜啲之餘燈光亦華麗啲。可能下次有機會再嚟可以試下訂枱時要求。
