鼎爺燒味出曬名明爐即燒 ,一直想試下,終於喺荃灣西開鋪啦餐廳裝修舒服,而且周圍有好多鼎爺嘜頭公仔🙈*火焰原隻燒鵝脾 $198用嚟打卡一流💙 最特別係用橙酒做燃料,所以食落果味香濃,,再加上燒既時候迫曬鵝油出嚟令入口更皮脆肉嫩,肥而不膩👍🏾之所以咁好食係全賴18個鐘過程中用咗鮮橙、檸檬和青檸鮮果醃製,鮮果香氣滲入鵝肉,再用冰水浸過鵝身,令鵝身外皮緊加緊致,肉質更鬆化😍*蜜汁靚叉拼燒腩仔 $85 (附油菜)叉燒肉質軟腍,蜜汁香濃腩仔好清晰見到肥瘦相隔,皮脆肉嫩,唔似出面咁又乾又咸*酒香話梅蝦 $108🍤為更入味餐廳預先去除蝦殼,再用冰糖浸話梅,酸酸甜甜好開胃*沙爹牛肉多士 $18 (烘底 +$3)好香沙爹醬,牛肉軟腍大塊,份量多到滿瀉😍*熱黑芝麻咖啡 +28 (加配)咖啡奶同茶嘅比例適中,炒過嘅黑芝麻亦分外香,估唔到兩者味道咁夾*吉列廣島蠔一客 (5隻) $68外層炸粉又薄又酥脆,裹面鮮甜軟滑,仲好肥美多汁😍
