今晚同細妹慶祝考試順利,仲有我搵到新工,特登book咗枱嚟食omakase,食返餐好嘅獎勵下自己。嚟到人跡罕至嘅白沙灣,有一間酒店喺碼頭旁邊,貌似可以靜靜哋放鬆下。入到餐廳被安排坐喺落地玻璃旁邊,伴隨住碼頭景色真係名正言順嘅秀色可餐。精選和食晚宴《海 Umi Set》$600/位一客和食晚宴包含前菜、刺身、蒸蛋、燒物、手卷、湯同甜品。首先登場嘅前菜已經令我哋好驚喜,一個木盒打開有煙霧嘅效果,仲有擺設得非常細膩嘅裝飾,配上味道酸酸甜甜嘅口感,非常開胃。刺身2點分別係帶子同鯛魚,實在太鮮甜啦,我都辭窮唔識形容呀!蒸蛋估佢唔到裡面有鰻魚做饀,仲有大大粒魚子配滑嘟嘟嘅水蛋,好味。主食有蟹肉飛魚籽配多士同食到最尾都仲有魚生嘅手卷,再用味噌湯作結。甜品係廚師手制士多啤梨雪糕配白酒煮黃桃,精緻又滿足。
