不時素食者去茶樓飲茶確實會受到選擇的限制,最多說只能叫「羅漢齋腸粉」、「素粉果」、「白灼時菜」等,因為大部份點心依然以豬肉、豬油作食材,不過近年來越來越多的茶樓和餐廳開始提供素食選擇,讓素食者也能夠輕鬆享受美食!早前農曆閏二月一日如素,去了位於中環大館總部地下的樂茶軒,身處於懷舊中式茶館品嘗精緻的素食點心和冷泡茶,初一十五也能放心地體驗一盅兩件!素蝦木耳餃 | 以素火腿、素蝦和木耳等作餡料,口感層次豐富,而且餡料份量好多,而且味道也不錯,食得多肉餃也可以食下素餃黑松露燒賣 | 以素豬肉、素蟹柳、菇類等作餡料,少了平時豬肉的油膩感,但配上黑松露醬味道濃郁,香氣撲鼻
