Happy Friday要在沙田市廣場吃晚飯是有一定難度,但GOCHISO這個位置往往會被食客忽略。上次說好要來試試的晚餐,今晚試了。沙律和頭盤我們選了尼斯風松葉蟹肉沙律和帕爾瑪火腿配水牛芝士,沙律裡的蟹肉比我們想像更多,又有薯仔、蛋作伴,感覺十分豐富;火腿沾了點橄欖油,入口味道不錯,加上水牛芝士那種煙韌感,吃下去份外滿足。接著的粉麵類,我們沒選飯意粉,就是想試試這裡的薄餅。我們選了香辣雜錦海鮮味,辣倒不算辣,反而被開邊的蝦、帶子和魷魚這些配料吸引著。8吋薄批來說,算是十分足料、抵食。除薄餅外,這個晚餐還有白飯和法包供應,原本怕白飯太「齋」,選了法包後才有點後悔餐茶沒有轉湯,結果兩口子都吃不光那條法包。我們選的七成熟牛柳似乎火侯不夠,外面煎得差點就焦了,但內裡只有五成熟,不過配有意大利黑醋及薯仔佐食,整體味度尚算合格。到了甜品,內子吃的法式燉蛋略嫌凍了一點,尚算香口滑溜。筆者的香蕉草莓班戟伴雪糕就算是不錯,裡外都有不少香蕉片,香口之外,還把肚子填得更滿一點。
