之前同朋友飯聚同埋食大閘蟹都會黎玉桃軒,佢嘅廚房同埋嘢食都做得唔錯,最緊要係夠熱。今次黎試片皮鴨二食,鴨皮夠脆,饃饃皮亦都好軟熟,不過如果片得再薄啲,同埋有個爐仔可以keep住蒸熱就更好。第二食揀左鴨崧生菜包,一落枱香噴噴,證明師傅炒工好👍🏻 最鐘意食呢度嘅懷舊千層糕,比中環蓮X樓好一百倍🤣如果呢度係第一,蓮X樓應該倒數第一🤪而家唔係好多酒樓會再做呢款點心,中間夾住鹹蛋黃同奶黃,每一層嘅比例都啱啱好😋鐘意食鹹蛋黃嘅人一定好滿足埋單經理仲送左綠豆沙做甜品,經理同幾位服務員都好好禮貌,平日晚市唔係好滿,我估午市可能多啲人黎飲茶。疫情過後好多食肆都做唔住,我唔希望佢係其中一間🙈
